I never said that he can open the chakra points, dont put words in my mouth. Organs are tissue just like skin, being an organ doesnt make it less applicable to Wound Healing Destruction. Thats just outright speculation on your part. He can use it in the same way he did against Naruto and begin gather chakra in certain areas to prepare the healing beforehand.

Wrong. Im actually stating the opposite. Kabuto deemed himself inadequet at Taijutsu, but he's shown to be quite good at it.

He mearly fell on the ground becuase of how much damage Rasengan did, which is more than Gentle Fist will do.

Your severly overrating Neji's speed here. his movement speed isnt all that great and he hasnt shown otherwise.
