A true new world of shinobi

It is about 60 years following the events of Naruto: Shippuden. The bijuu are completely randomized as of now, and are either roaming free, or in jinchuuriki, as before, with the exception of kurama, who is nowhere to be found. There are all new kages, of course, and the villages are all in a current stand of peace. However, some have raised rebellious flags, and many have gone rogue from their respective villages.

He wears shades all the time so his eye color is not known. Some facial hair line to shape his cheeks.

KKG: The Kentetsu are known for being able to control time. This is a controversial claim as some believe their abilities are simply based on excessive levels of chakra in the Parietal lobe and Limbic lobe of the Kentetsu brain, theoretically heightening their senses and reaction time, as well as memory exponentially however, few Kentetsu have been known to claim that they had visions of the past and future. Saelan has, thus far, exhibited superior senses and reaction times to his peers.

Looks: Pale, but handsome, Long, thin-dreadlock hair, that covers my entire face most of the time, only revealing my red crimson eyes from time to time. My stance would give the impression that I look zombified. I sport an armless black skintight shirt, (somewhat similar to Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden, but a little different) I have spiked gaunlets on my wrists, also a black skintight glove on my right hand. I wear anbu looking dark pants with spikes on the sides of my legs in a mirror opposite appearence. My build is slim, lean, ripped and bold. I have combat boots laced with bones of my victims. Their fingers carved into bones and have been stretched into my boots' laces. I wield a simple, but heavy & powerful katana with four spikes at the end of the hilt where the blade starts. The hilt itself is white with black straps on them with ruby jewels on it. The blade itself is sharp enough to cut through thick steel or any sort of barrier like a red hot knife through soft butter.
Life Objective: To become the most powerful being alive, and fighting any and all who I deem is worthy of my blade of calamity.
Village: Formerly Kumogakure(Village hidden in cloud) Now missin-nin
KKG: (If any) Dark Release. Obtained this by concentrating my negative chakra and allowing it to overcome the light. Also by training in mastering in each of the deadly sins, I have mastered Yin, or Dark Release.
Also Storm Release. By adding my natural affinities together, Lightening release and Water Release, I have unlocked Storm Release and have expanded upon its abilities, to the point where I can create f5 storms.
