Anyways i think it would have changed the series in a tremendous way. Akatsuki would never have been made, Nagato would never have gotten the rinnengan, no one would ever have saved Obito and with a so big change so many years earlier who knows if Obito would even have been on that mission? It's impossible to say what excatly would happen, but it certainly wouldn't be the same narutoverse that it is now.

Probably would have been more authoritarian, and taking away rights that other clans held to increase the power of the overall village. I can see him acting much like we presume/heard Tobirama was. Expect, with the Uchiha clan already not liking him too much. . I don't think he'll play favorites, or give his own clan too many freedoms. Sort of like a middle finger for them defecting to the Senju on him.
He'd also have forced the other hidden villages to obey Konoha. . . Would have started a massive war (Or revolt, depending if Madara/Konoha could have conquered the other villages) that would have led to his death somehow.
Though, I'm sure he would be a great leader when it comes to interior problems. Like roads, fixing bridges, etc. He seems like the nice, tender and caring man to do that. . . . . . . . . . .

I actually think there would be peace. Honestly all events of hatred stem from madara.
