Nope its not the case.. Danzo was almost hokage... and he can't beat sasuke..

An imperfect failing sage with 6 sharingan's and fail senju DNA.. Danzo is the biggest fail for me.

sakura was intentionally letting sasuke stomp her. considering she had all killing intent drain out of her. a few more inches and hed be dead.
