How would you develop Rock Lee if you were Kishimoto?

I have been thinking this myself and i thought of something that may be why he is not developing him after all. I mean , we all know there is a clear way to develop him that is giving him the 6th and 7th gate , allowing him to use morning peacock and hirudora. But , if he does that he is just making a copy of Gai , i mean same techniques , same fighting style.If i were him i guess i would say he trained harder than ever for the war and mastered the drunken fist and combine the gates with it.Or maybe making up some other attacks for the 6th and 7th gate. Maybe he can do a kind of morning peacock but kicking in the 6th gate and then for the 7th gate move he can spam some super fast punches creating something like this at very very high speed.

Everything Gai did in Shippuden- Lee should have done it instead.

The Manga emphasises on the next generation, why not apply that to KN11, too?

I agree with this . But don't you think giving him the gates and the same signature moves is like having the same character with different names?

Regeneration. If he could renegerate via a reiki style medical ninjitsu then he would be heaps cool and could even fight the effects of the 8 gates. It could revolve around his awesome relationship with his body.

I would have have his chakra network activated as a side effect of being given Kurama's chakra. I would like to see what kind of jutsu Lee would come up with to go with his taijutsu. I wonder also what element he would be.

I don't really think that Lee can be developed any further. I mean he is already Bruce Lee-lite. And I think that's what Kishi wanted the entire time

I would have had Lee reach his taijutsu peak, the point where he can't improve anymore. Give him his own damn arc and have him unclog ninjutsu.

-I would give him more screentime for fighting and relationships in part2(i would do the same thing for rest of team gai and team 8)
-also an explaination on why he can not use nin-genjutsu would be nice
-he would have shown more of his gates; maybe a peak peak of info on how he will surpass Gai
-it would be cool if he had more of his style; he should quit being a copy of Gai
-Show him defeating Neji with gates(hehe)
-Maybe a vs with a genius-villain and being really useful in a fight; also he would be get more close to his nindou.
-Show him more love seriously it is like Kishi made his character to crush his spirit.
