I have no idea, but frog song at least has a long set-up time to keep it balanced. Chains of Fantasia can instantly paralyze everyone in the immediate area.

A few ideas? Make it so that the genjutsu only takes effect only once the whole song has been completed, and make it a long song so it takes a while to complete.

Tayuya takes this; i do not see Hinata getting pass the genjutsu and Tayuya was also "strong"; she was forcing Shikamaru's hand-shadows backwards; even if the fight becomes a physical one; she would be able to defeat Hinata.
