anyways we have no idea if amaterasu would work. wood style is supposed to absorb chakra so who knows if it would even work. not to mention hashirama's jutsu was to big to be destroyed by amaterasu in only a few seconds

Because he can't, everyone has a different MS/EMS ability.
We have seen or know that Madara/Obito/Sasuke/Itachi are cable of tsukyomi, but have different MS techniques (beside siblings)

here's my thot first i don't think he has it. second if he did have amaterasu it would work against him. When the raikage got hit with amaterasu his arm didn't just burst apart and explode it didnt even spread that quick seeing he had the opprotunity to cut his arm after an observation , believe it or not wood does not burn in three seconds, if he used it on the thousand hands he would have a thousand fire wood fists coming at him not good. Thats just my thot I could be wrong

Do you realize how big Shinsuusenju is? When anyone can completely burn down a Mountain sized construct with Amaterasu let alone a construct that dwarfs Mountains then we can talk.

You need to reread again when obito get amaterasu from sasuke......to know how sasuke have amaterasu, for madara the manga still don't explain madara ms, maybe just genjutsu like shinsui ms..... Thats why he never use it when fight hashirama.... This is what i think about madara MS
