I prefer Obito in regards to being an antagonist as he is composed and analytical and the best successor that Madara could have picked for Project Mugen Tsuku'yomi. However concerning entertainment, I profoundly found that Tobi was quite the comical one and made me laugh out loud several times.

Without a second thought - TOBI

I thought Tobi should have been a bit more shrouded (The whole masked man was interesting for a while, but it got old after ? years of him constantly interacting with everyone throughout Shippuden, and I lost interest in his identity long before it was revealed), but I don't like Obito one bit, and I make that fact known very often.
