if it is true, i wonder if that means naruto may not become hokage because after the war maybe all the shinobi villages become one united shinobi village. which would mean there is no more hokage. naruto could always become the leader of that village instead tho lol just an idea.

I can see it coming. Doing a suicide attack by himself (or even maybe with sasuke) to save the world.
I can see him doing that with sasuke cause then those 2 saved the world and sasuke succeeds what itachi couldnt fully do.

I think he was just cleverly avoiding answering the question. It was a yes or no question but he avoided it by saying what he thinks instead. People can speculate on his reasons for not giving out any details about the ending.
