Do you honestly believe Sasuke is going to receive punishment? Sorry but obviously not.

He has a party that would vouch for him which includes the Edo Hokage's. For 1.
There's many other reasons why he won't receive punishment but you'll have heard them all before so;

Let's say IF, just IF people did not accept Sasuke and want to punish him..
He wouldn't go down without a fight;

So Sasuke would fight, THUS Juugo and Karin (Heal him) would be there.

Orochimaru would fight THUS The Edo Kage would be there (Perhaps minus Hashi depending on how much control he broke).

Naruto would fight, you can't refute this. He was willing to go toe to toe with Raikage when he was major unpowered for Sasuke, let alone if they was there about to kill him AND he's willing to be good and on their side. He says he will bring Sasuke back alive, or die along with him!! Guess who else would join in? Hinata!! I would say Tsunade but as a Hokage she probably wouldn't, MAYBE though. If she did then Shizune.

Sakura would fight, I know everyone hates her but she would help.

This is refutable but MAYBE Kakashi would fight to protect Naruto / Sasuke. *IF* this happened, Gai wouldn't watch Kakashi fall, thus a chain reaction causing Lee to join the fray.

Also Sai for Naruto's bond. Also refutable.

He did however say that IF Sasuke tried to destroy Konoha and kill innocent civilians and shinobi for no reason, then Naruto would fight him. BUT if Sasuke was on the good side and people turned on him Naruto would NOT turn on him, smh.

Maybe the kages still want to punish him thus Sasuke does not return to the village and some years later plans on killing the kages leading to fight Naruto , i guess.

-The village will want to keep sasuke out. That much is obvious. They will not accept the man who killed Danzo(most citizens know of him, but not of the horrible things he has done. They will not give out confidential info just for Sasuke)
-Raikage will be outraged and will likely want to fight him.
-Naruto will be the voice of the village and Naruto will likely end up fighting Sasuke.
-Tsunade will not allow it. She's the one who named him a missing nin, even with the fact she wouldn't let anyone kill him, he's still a rogue ninja who killed citizens of Konoha. Even Hashi would not allow him back in.
-None of the other kage would allow him to go on living, as he has actually attacked them. ( besides maybe Gaara).

Sasuke literally has only one chance of being pardoned for his crimes. He can become a war hero that saves the day. Which means taking the Juubi under his control and becoming it's Jinchuriki(very unlikely, but plausible).

Other than that, it would just be PnJ or some extremely good reason, like the above.

Naruto will ignore the current threat of the Jubi and Madara, and stand against the Shinobi Alliance just because his buddy isn't being accepted? Obviously he'd stick up for Sasuke, but there is NO way he will be ready to fight because of Sasuke, he would doom the Alliance therefore dooming the world, and even he wouldn't give up the world for Sasuke.

At this current time, naruto would kill sasuke so fast in his 9 tails mode. but he doesnt want to kill sasuke.

I completely agree with you, if people started on Sasuke right now. Naruto would not fight for him. As you said he'd doom everyone including himself and Sasuke so it would be an epic fail!
Naruto would protect him though, but as you said impending doom is incoming, if Kakashi, Kirabi, K11, Kages and Shinobi Alliance really want to turn on the BIGGEST help which will save them from Madara and Juubi (Don't forget Oro etc). Well... it's not gonna happen.

You seem to be forgetting that fact, Oro + Hokage. Hokage are backing Sasuke. Hashirama himself is backing Sasuke, do you understand this? He doesn't want a repeat of the past, he would PROTECT Sasuke, wouldn't fight people, but would protect Sasuke. And people wouldn't go against the Hokage specifically Hashirama. People will listen to him. Smh.
