His abilities came from a freak mutation in the hyuga dna. He looks much like a hyuga except for the light blue hair. He was never excepted in his clan and he was kept a secret. He was rumored to have fled to the mythological land of chaos said to be located off the edge of the world. Their he spent his life improsend by his own doing because he feared his own power or 50 years...Until now

Jutsu: He has the byakugan. Blood binding Jutsu-If he can manage to get a hold of someone's blood he can use his mind to completely control that person's body or simply destroy them from the inside through the circulatory system. He can't die from blood loss and possess the ability to physical transform into blood, while in this form he can take over things that are dead. I tried my best with the rules given add on if you want...this was spur of the moment so be nice. Lol

He lost half of his power using a jutsu called impiure world strawberry and he will gain it back in 4mins

with only have his power gone he is only a little bit weaker tha sasuke although his starwberry release is a more powerful version of hashi's wood release, he can turn the tide of the battle being able to protect the alliance and create versatile attacks using his starwberry jutsu.

I really enjoyed reading. I really like the dark presence you added to his personality. The name is also taking the shape of the char, or viceversa.
So, recently something made him use his powers without regrets. This means he can still be talked to reason; is he intended to be a bad guy or is just has that dark aura that gives false impression ?
The jutsu is awesome, also he can't defeat Naruto/ Sasuke only with that; Cool Char, i'd like to read more about it!

Clan: Famugani, a small Martial Arts-clan from a small village, it's in the mountains.
Profession: Martial Arts teacher.
Skills: Master in Martial Arts, Master in swordfighting, very fast.
Reason for participating in the war: Wants to prove himself for his father, a legend from the clan.

Till so far he is doing great in the war. He defeated one of the 7 edo swordsmen from the Mist. He also killed more then 100 Zetsu clones. Gave spirit to the entire army when he decided to attack the Juubi with his sword, as a method to give the troops courage. Almost died from that attack, till Naruto came between and saved him. Naruto told him too relax for a while, Ganzu answered back 'I ain't got time to relax'. Later, he saved Tenten from an attack from Obito (he is very fast and dodged the kunai), Tenten was impressed and felt in love inmediatelly. They hold hands. =D Lol

History: beetle barge drank so much in his teenage and childhood years he cannot remember them. all he knows is that one day he woke up in a keg of ale drifting through the sea. while sitting there for 2 months and eventually landing on a desert island, he became a master of vodka release. when he hits an enemy he can flow his beer chakra through them getting them so drunk they pass out and wake up with a killer hangover. he has other techniques such as the legendary drunk sage mode were he uses nature chakra to make himself into a bottle of wine which he can manipulate to spray wine at people. right now he is 5'3'' and 700 pounds. to move easily though he uses vodka style champagne body flicker. he is completely bald, in his early forties and has a long Dumbledore ginger beard. he uses the ale keg he floated in as a weapon.
ha ha i thought of this randomly i thought he would be a funny character to encounter during a filler. BTW he and obito share a little beer every Tuesday. they usually go through 2 bars as by the time beetle is done the bar is out of alcohol. I don't kno if he is good or bad yet, i feel that naruto needs more villians so i'd prob lean toward the vllian side, yet i can also see him as a neatral character that does whatever keeps the world balanced in his eyes.

After Obito came out and declared himself to be Madara Uchiha and declared war on the Five great Shinobi villages, Setius realized that a man like Madara would not do such a thing unless he had a way of winning. Setius approached the village and clan elders and requested permission to travel to Iwagakure and join up with them in the war (Unaware that the villages were being integrated).

After arriving and having to be interrogated by Iwagakure officals, Setius officially joined the Allied Shinobi Villages. Setius served under Kakashi Hatake in the war, and was wounded twice. Once by Kushimaru Kuriarare's Nuibari, and by a disguised Zetsu clone who hoped to take him out via kunai after his Monitor Lizard summons proved capable of sniffing them out. At the field hospital, Setius was suppose to be treated by a medic-nin but was assassinated by yet another Zetsu clone, after he was given drugs to relax and dull him.
