Nope. Base Naruto with Gamabunta owned Shukaku. The 4 tailed Kyuubi owned Jiraiya and Orocihmaru too. After a long fight the Kyuubi wins.

4 Tailed Naruto is basically V2 so its speed will obviously be at the same caliber as Kirabi, imagine trying to swat a fly people.This is basically how the battle will go the Shukaku has no way on swatting such a fast fly especially the one that can fire off a mini tbb(although the time it takes for it to fire can be a problem).

Shukaku was never seen using TBB, however even a 4-tailed Naruto was able to perform it and the damage it caused was able to take down 3 Rashomon gates and still hit Orochimaru. One direct hit and Shukaku will be quite damaged.

Every Biju can use a TBB.

But you can't tell how strong it is because he never used it. Not to mention half Kurama's TBB is better than 5 full Bijuu's. A 4-tailed Kurama should be enough to handle the possibly weakest Bijuu.

shukaku buries kyuubi. 4th kazekage implied shukaku's sand powers were similar in scale and strength to gaara (no shukaku). its no problem for shukaku to win this. hes MADE of sand so nothing teh 4 tails has would be able to put him down. losing an arm didnt phase shukaku meaning he probably feels no pain due to being a sand logia.

they didnt do a damn thing to him except headbutt gaara to cancel the transformation. shukaku never reached his full power. it was all gamabunta could do to survive shukakus wind release attacks.

Now, if we go to Oro- then Oro was just playing around with 4T-Naruto.. if Oro was serious, he'd won.

Yep, but the BIjuudama hits at a large area, and besides - no physical attack the 4T-Naruto can do would harm the Shukaku. The only thing that might hurt him is the 4T-Bijuudama, yet when it comes to a Bijuudama of a full Bijuu infront of that of a half-transformed Jinchuuriki, I'd say the Shukaku takes it.

Exactly. People keep forgeting that it was Gaara using Part of the Shukaku's power. I doubt that Gaara, aged 12, could have used the Shukaku's 100% power.

Shukaku is seriously being underestimated here, people actually think that the Gaara fight was the extent of its power, re-read the manga if you believe that.

TBB's explosion vaporizes Mountains. If the ball itself doesn't hit the Kyuubi then the explosion will, I don't even see how he can hurt Shukkaku, using forest as cover isn't going to help cause Wind Release: Drilling Air Bullet can level the area they are fighting in.
