Edo Characters Madara and Itachi

For example, Madara got kicked through him in half by lee, but we all know in reality, if he wasn't edo, no character would have been kicked in half and killed that way. Same for Kabuto and Itachi, whether Itachi let himself be hit or not, he got cut in half, but if they were not edo, Kishi would not just have his characters die by getting cut in half. I don't think that has ever happened, only reason it's shown that way is because they are edo. Therefore, if madara was truly real and if he didn't defend himself, would Lee's kick really cut him in half or is edo body more delicate or something?

Just wanted to hear some opinions?!

I agree...but I think if Madara was alive the kick would have halved him...which he wouldn't have allowed if he were alive. Idk edo might have the strength of a real body the attacks were just demise worthy.

Both Madara and Itachi voiced their disregard about being hit with non-sealing moves. So yeah I agree they wouldn't have been killed so easily.

true nonetheless tho, they wouldn't have allowed it to happen in real life but even ifit still happen...they wouldn't have died in such a way, no main character ever dies...in half... like that 0.o

I agree, if they weren't edo'd then Kishi wouldn't have let them be bisected by something like that. I think the fact is that because they're edo'd it really doesn't matter what happens to them. For all he cares he could drop the moon on Madara's head and he'd just reform. But yeah, if they weren't edo'd then there's no way Lee's kick would have bisected Madara, because Kishi wouldn't allow for that. But if Kishi had no say in it, and it was just a 'Would he survive' question... then possibly not. I don't think the Edo bodies are any more delicate, so Lee's kick could have just wiped out one of the most powerful ninjas in history; you know, as you do.

Think of it like this, In DBZ when Vegeta fought Android18 and she damn near kicked his ****ing arm off, think would it be possible at any other time for her to do that to him if she was the human 18 that married Krillin? In her human form she's still pretty damn strong but it wouldn't be likely and to Madara's body(alive) thats exactly what Lee's kick(ex. human 18s kick) wouldn't be as critical a blow as it was in the manga. Just my thought

I think the kick would still kill him if he wasn't Edo I just think that hed actually try to avoid the kick this time instead of being so carefree.
