This is simple math and is for every NB member wanting a try (SaaaaaadPanda not included, he's a genius!!) and here are the tips:

There's a ship in a harbor, this ship has a 5 meters height ladder in one side. This ladder is divided in 4 steps or sections. Now, the tide is rising at a 50 cm/hour rate so my question is: how long will the tide take to cover the ladder completely? How many seconds, or hours, or minutes? Give me the answer the way you like, and prove yourself worthy of being here at the NB!
Let the Games begin!

I think the answer is 10 hours/600 minutes/36,000 seconds. Am I right?

5 meters is 500 cm.

Dvide by 4 and that is 125cm per section.

Divide 125cm by 50 cm per hour and you get 2.5 hours.

Multiply 2.5 hours by 4 sections and you get 10 hours.

60 minutes to an hour X10 is 600 minutes.

60 seconds in a minute X600 is 36,000 seconds.

Well, the math is ok, but...wanna double check it?
