[Question] How high of a rank is Vice Admiral?

What the title says basically.

I get confused weather which is higher in rank. Vice Admiral or just Admiral.

Fleet Admiral
Admiral
Vice Admiral

Then every other rank.

In this order, from highest to lowest.
