Sword art online? anime is 26 eps about being trapped in a virtual reality mmo about sword fighting and such.

lots of books to read, the books are awesome imo you can find them online, the anime covers the first 4 volumes of the novels but there are now 12 and the 12th was jus released on april 10 th so its still being translated.

theres a manga as well havent read it yet.

God of Highschool - Very good imo a 9.5 if you're into martial arts, its surreal, but nothing otherwordly like DBZ.

Shokugeki no Soma - This...imosho is by far the best, and most exhilarating thing to read ever its at 24 chapters and ongoing. It is magnificently magnificent...magnifying, and enticing you at a great magnitude imo lol. Im getting excited thinking about the next chapter. ^_^ I'd give it a 1 trillion out of 10. Its about cooking, and things pertaining to the culinary arts.

King of Hell - Otherwordly like DBZ. A 8.5 out of 10. Martial arts.

Soul Eater, probably the best anime ever. Manga is pretty long (chapters themselves are also pretty long, 20-40 pages) but a new chapter is released every MONTH. Unless you are patient enough...
But anyway, try out the manga and anime! Both really good! I suggest you start with the anime. Note that the manga and anime begin to branch off halfway through the series. To give you an idea of how amazing it is IMO it is better than Naruto, Bleach or One Piece by a long shot. Give it a try!
