There are theories that Rin told Kakashi to kill her because she was experimented upon or something. I agree with them. You can see that Kakashi is devastated at killing her. Rin utters '' kakashi '' because she loved him and knows that he will die, too.

She is not sad because she will die. She is sad because kakashi will die, too.

Her allowing Kakashi to kill her in order evolve Sharingan is wrong.

1) Kakashi would never kill Rin, whom he had promised to protect simply to gain more power
2) How would Rin know about the Mangekyou Sharingan?
3) Besides, even if it was to have Kakashi gain the Mangekyou Sharingan; In the end it was Obito who killed the Kiri's ANBU.

I don't think that's the case because kakashi chidoried her ,not rin her self did that and kakashi never be agreed to this idea,hmm hmm hmm hmm, i think that madara was contraling kakashi in order to activate mangeque sharingan in obito thats why zetsu was helping obito ....what do you think
