Obito, along with Minato and Itachi have the fastest reflexes in the anime thus far.....he was able to read the movements of guy easily who's speed is no doubt faster than Tsunade's.

You forget that Obito still has mokuton at his disposal and he can still summon the gedo without the need of the rinnegan.

The spiral zetsu didn't add to his mokuton prowess since first, he admitted that he was impressed that Obito could use Mokuton and secondly, in the panel below you see the mokuton extruding from his crushed side where his zetsu body is and not from a random region of the suit.

Obito has shown to have more chakra, he fought for over a day controlling the gedo and the bijuu and not tiring at all.....

Tsunade's seal has stored chakra and lasts for a limited time, it will wear off before Obito tires(who both has senju DNA and Uchiha to boost his stamina)

really thats nice to hear, because Tsunade fought almost for 2 days and its funny you say LIMITED TIME, by now you should know that the senju princess YIN seal doesn't wears off in LIMITED TIME....she healed other kages, fought and made a jinton SUPERSIZED without that jutsu even wore off.... she can even refill her seal with chackra, seen how she used Dan's left over power... so your point?
one last thing uchihas weren't known for stamina like the senjus and I'm aware he has senju cells, but we all know that if his chackra levels depletes too much he will not be able to control the senju DNA, (because of its strong resistance against poor vessels)

you see because you arrive late you missed a lot, the Gedo Mazo takes time to warm up thats something i have seen on several occasions for too long for which would give Tsunade the upper hand...... its not like it has anything to counter acid and if obito is going with the soul reaper thing, a lot of black rods would have to be erected before the dragon even comes out, another time consumption his side.........TBH it int doing katsuyu shitt, she just easily covers tsunade and pop up....

even when he had absorb the beast power it still cant fry katsuyu, MINI slug TANK THE GREATEST ATTACK THAT IS TBB.... nothing else is debatable.............. (its greater than jinton......which is the second greatest offensive attack in the manga and kishi already confirmed that Tsunade can tank the attack)
