I will just relay how the other 2 kills him in a similar way, but explain how Tsunade deals with his space time transfer........
first and for most i have re-read manga topics and analyze Obito's jutsu keenly, its similar to a bashonen Tennin (Nagato's pull technique), the only difference is whenever he absorbs an object, HE/SHE/IT SPINS OR WARP TO HIS DIMENSION, while when nagato pulls you in, your not spinning in any fashion..... so this should give you a hint that a person who is specialize in chackra control can simply block this absorption technique by infusing chackra in there feet....(something we have seen Tsunade do, on the HOKAGE'S roof top)
Now the point is, HOW WILL SHE LAND A BLOW WHEN SHE WILL JUST SLIP RIGHT THROUGH HIM? HMMN, not only that if Tsunade is in motion (running) despite infusing chackra in her feet she can get absorb to the other dimension if she's coming HEAD ON and not NON LINEAR.....
so this is where her slug, katsuyu comes into action... but first should i also add that, the first time she charge in for a kill, he would simply let her slip via him, thats when she would realized he can desolidify any parts of his body (because he basically takes longer to adsorb someone else than himself; so that would be his first move according to all his fights I've deduced), then his next move would try to send Tsunade in his dimension by absorbing her, forcing her to infuse chackra in her feet to block his attack or escape in a non linear manner like deidara..... so right there and then she would deduce if he's using a teleportation or space-time jutsu............
hence why she would summon katsuyu to sense if he's teleporting so she can pick up on his location......
base on Shino's, Kakashi and Sakura's first conclusion.......
Now we have seen how huge katsuyu is and the bigger the object the longer it takes KAMUI to get the job done......
ACCORDING TO KONAN'S STATEMENT whenever Obito tries to absorb anything it takes longer, than when he performs this jutsu on himself....BECAUSE HE HAS TO SOLIDIFY HIMSELF BEFORE HE CAN SEND HIMSELF OR ANYTHING TO HIS DIMENSION......
Now after seeing the Sannin draws for her slug he would either tries to absorb it or use some sort of fire style........ everyone here should know by now, that KATSUYU has HIGH resistance to damages (because she's a tanker), the fact that she (mini form) could withstood a tailed beast corrosive cloak and TBB without being vaporize tells you a fire style wont cut the job, may i also add that his KATON BAKUFUU RANBU size could due to the fact that he was controlling the Juubi and possibly obtaining additional chackra before he departed from the beast's head.......
Besides fire wouldn't be an efficient method because of the slug's water attack (acid slime)......
That would leave OBITO 1 choice and thats to absorb KATSUYU, in his case its frankly a wrong move, since the slug can divide in diminutive forms, which slithers faster than a whole (we have seen how quick she can move to encapsulate the citizens in the leaf)
now I'm aware he would absorb a lot of slug clones, but not all and we have seen how the summon serves as repository for Tsunade several times....... the fact that he has send multiple katsuyu clones to his world gives Tsunade the opportunity of mission success........

we all know sooner or later she might get sucked into OBLIVION because she would go with a kick or punch as usually, HOWEVER IF OBITO TRIES TO ABSORB HER, then katsuyu, who is scattered could shoot acid slime at the same time, forcing him to drop his OFFENSIVE KAMUI..... FOR A DEFENSIVE KAMUI, Tsunade in turn would fly right through him take this as an example
so she would go straight via him and the OVERLAPPING BODY PARTS of Tsunade on Obito's body would caused, him to send them in the other dimension where the OTHER KATSUYU CLONES ARE LOCATED, in that instant katsuyu could finally land an acid slime blast on his entire body and disintegrates his entire left or ride side, worse if Tsunade rushes towards his face.......

we all know that kakashi's punches are no where near in strength compare to Tsunade's, not only that if she hits he dies, giving the fact that she can disrupt muscles, organs and bones with 1 hit, not to mention her raiton jutsu that could prevent him from using his attack for a considerable amount of time..... she can attack the nerves with ELECTRICITY but nothing states she couldn't use that ELECTRICITY and attack the respiratory or circulatory systems, those are other major issues, with her MEDICAL EXPERTISE.

Since hashirama tree trunks can absorb chackra, it could be the sole reason why obito hasn't pant after his battle with kakashi
