Description: user does hand seals then users hand begin to glow like one is doing chidori then the lightning is shaped into a perfect and sharp drill.

i know thats why i said when i used my first lighting jutsu it broke through ur first jutsu and carried towards ur this jutsu .. and then i used ur lighting drill which has advanctage over earth AGAIN broke through it .. understood ??

Can't you read guys, it says combination of ELEMENTS, 2 lighting attacks is not a combination of elements.

This Jutsu Earth Tornado does require a mix of two different elements to break through...

Although lightning is stronger than earth O_O
