My best Idea so far: BEAN RELEASE
It consists of Gasses that will expel out of your ass just by storing up chakra.

The user stores up chakra in their ass and then puts their hand under their butt, and then farts a sphere. Once the sphere is made, the user charges at his opponent at hits his target in his face. The target will start crying, and fall on the ground holding their nose. Guaranteed.

- BEAN Release: Almighty Poot
The user stores up chakra in their ass and then drops their pants, turns around, and lets out a fart so powerful, it can blow an entire brick house down. The resulting smell is unpleasant.

- BEAN Release: Hidden Gas Jutsu
The user will let out a silent fart, that'll surround the user's target(s) in a thick cloud of invisible fart. The smell will grasp your attention very quickly. If you don't leave soon, you'll faint of the unpleasant smells.

- BEAN Release: Flying Gas Cloud
The user will fart up visible gas that takes the form of a cloud that you could float on.

EDIT: - BEAN Release: Ignitable Fart
The user will create Katon from their finger and then form a small fire, place it towards their ass and then fart to let off a huge, explosive flame.

The special Item will be, "Senzu Beans" which heals up all your chakra.
The only downside is that the user must also eat at least a plate of Beans every other day.
