As he sees the sword of his opponent fly upwards with Rai chakra infused into it Jiraya performs a hand seal and takes control over the blade the moment it's thrown. The blade immediately changes it's trajectory and instead of going upwards, it goes straight back the way it came from penetrating through the original wielders chest, piercing his heart and killing him instantly. This would prevent the earth from happening leaving Jiraya unharmed.
*After throwing my sword, I prepare to move on to the next technique, but instead see it stop and boomerangs back towards me. I then channel the power of the chidori in to my Hiramakeri, knocking my sword away. I then point out my palm towards you, and release more chidori from my hand in the form of a destructive storm of it, knocking away the kunai and continuing on to you. Using this distraction, I spit out 3 rock clones from my mouth*
Seeing how the lightning spreads out around Mangetsu in a circular manner, Jiraya as the bolts are released does a small sequence of hand seals and pounds his stomach, releasing a large blast of wind that neutralizes the bolts of electricity leaving Jiraya unharmed.
*Seeing my storm countered and and the earth being spiraled in around me, I manipulate my body to fuse with all of the rocks, saving me from a rock burial. I move around from the ground and pop out from the ground in front of you, jumping high enough in the air to gain momentum, then release chakra from my Hiramekarei, shaping it into a giant hammer, then release chakra from the 2 top holes of the sword and slam it down onto you with monumental force, crushing you*
Since Jiraya and Mangetsu were short range, as Mangetsu evades the earth burial Jiraya created and jumps up, Jiraya moves his hands around releasing two crescent shaped water blades which hits Mangetsu at an angle so he flies backwards while suffering bruises and fractures in his rbbcage.
*Having popped out of the ground, only for his opponent to go flying through the air, Mangetsu, with his Hiramekarei already wielded releases stored up chakra from the sword, and jumps up, extending the sword and slashing through the blades of water as well as through the opponent himself, ending him*
As he begins his slash, Jiraya has no other option but to go for a defensive technique, or something to evade the slash heading his way. Jiraya remembers the one time he was extremely drunk and could barely walk, but his movements were uncontrolled. He placed himself mentally in that state as the sword was coming down upon him. Stepping to the left while rotating, he drops to the ground onto his hands and uses them to do a somersault and land onto his feet again while sawying from left to right, as the sword has crashed into the ground and being stuck there due to the momentum gained.
Seeing how Mangetsu rotates, Jiraya being a specialist in Taijutsu can somewhat know what's coming for him. The moment Mangetsu starts to swing his sword, Jiraya jumps up with his Rasenshuriken just above the sword and knocks the Rasenshuriken into the sword, knocking it out of trajectory and leaving Jiraya unharmed. The Rasenshuriken does expand and does little damage to Jiraya but nothing significant.
*Having my sword suddenly weigh almost one thousand pounds,I simply drop, figuring whatever jutsu you used might not wear off anytime soon. Seeing you gather oil in your mouth I in turn gather fire chakra in mine and shoot out a bright small fireball, causing them both to ignite on each other. I then raise up a pillar from the ground and pushes me into the air high above you, Where I then focus doton chakra beneath me, forming a boar shaped earthen lid that drops on you*
Seeing how Mangetsu finally drops his sword Jiraya smiles. As he shoots himself up with his earthen pillar, Jiraya slams his hands down to the ground and creates a massive amount of water about 5-6 meters above Mangetsu. The water is created almost instantly, dropping down on him and preventing him from using the earthen lid. Due to the sheer volume of water that Jiraya created and it's weight, Mangetsu will be sent back to the ground being surrounded by a water source.
*As soon as Mangetsu feels the water fall oh him and then start to surround him, he unleashes a wave of wind from his mouth that blasts away the water trying to form, and then turn my body upwards and releases a stream of wind that pushes me faster towards the ground, and then focus lightning into my hand, shocking me a bit because of the water, but I use it and go downwards in a vortex of lightning and smash my hand onto you*
As he sees Mangetsu create the lightning in his hands, Jiraya does not hesitate and creates a Rasengan to clash with Mangetsu's lightning, neutralizing each other. Using the moment where they clash, Jiraya uses his free hand to grab Mangetsus wrist and spin him around throwing him to mid range opposite to the place he was standing before he launched himself upwards.
*Having both of our techs neutralize each other, he feels you grab him and throw him, he looks behind himself and sees the jaws forming. Hetwists his body towards the jaws and shoot out a stream of wind that pushes him away and towards the ground. Once he lands, he inserts chakra into your system, causing you to perceive a bunch of clones rising up from the ground. While this is happening, you lose sight of the real me. Mangetsu then focuses chakra above you while you're distracted, releasing sticky earth that traps you all up. To finish you off, he throws multiple explosive kunai at you, that detonate once the stick in the earth*
Jiraya keeping his sight upon Mangetsu sees how he evades his jaws and watches him closely. Suddenly clones of Mangetsu begin to appear around Jiraya. Thinking, he knows you didn't do any hand seals, and usually clones are created short range so he becomes suspicious of this. Jiraya kicks the closest clone notcing he multiplies instead of disappearing after being struck which brings him to the conclusion he is in a genjutsu. Jiraya draws his tanto from his back and slices across his palm, the spike in his chakra system releasing him from the genjutsu.
*Seing all the mud raining down and you enveloping yourself in lightning, I perform 1 handseal and release a spear of lightning from my hand that destroys yours and continues on towards you. I then clap my hands and cause rocks to jag you from underneath, knocking you into the air after my spear pierces you*
