Alright. Centrate your katon chakra into your right dominant hand after preforming the Horse → Tiger → Dragon Handseals. Focus your katon chakra in large amounts to that area until it is jetting from your hand and point it behind you until finally you are thrusted and grab the nearest tree exploding your fire chakra all at once.

The user then grabs the opponent's face (or other body part) and releases the fire chakra all at once, severely burning the body part to a 3rd degree. However, if he misses, he would be unable to continue to this second part of the jutsu.

-Cannot change direction when jetting at the opponent and can only jet up to 5 meters.

*I perform the Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals and start to gather fire chakra in my right hand. I do this until I have an extremely high amount of it. Then I stretch my right hand in front of me and watch how it glows. When I'm satisfied with the look, I release the chakra all at once...*

*...and shoot myself backward in an arc, right in the water behind me.*

Damn... *cough* this was a bit sudden... *start to squeeze my clothes to get rid of the water*

All right then, this time I'll hit that tree...

*I perform the Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals again and gather a high amount of fire chakra in my right arm. Then I point behind me and release it again...*

Whooooooosh!!! *bang*

*... and hit the tree with my face...*

- 10 minutes later (after gaining consciousness back) -

You could have said exactly how to hit that tree! Damn...

*For the last time I perform the Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals again and gather the chakra again. This time I prepare before the jetting. Once I release the chakra I stretch my arm in front of me and grab the tree when I reach it. Then I only release the remaining fire chakra from my hand, burning the tree and set it on fire.*

Then he toss this object in the air or hold it in his hand and shoot this object toward the enemy with immense speed. The object gets incredible destructive power and is able to pierce through solid objects and slightly shock the target. If used against an S-ranked earth jutsu the "bullet" will be stopped, but the lightning in it will be released and will destroy the technique. Objects can’t be bigger than short swords, but mostly coins, shurikens, kunais, needles.

I see my village mate finally get the technique right, and sets it a blaze violently as it crashes to the ground do to the force of the flame. So this is the guy, who beat me during our tournament.He then questions me on the technique. . The Railgun is an A-rank lightning technique, by channeling large amounts of lightning charka into a small object and then flicking at the opponent in a combination of raw power and accuracy. When blocked by an earth technique, the bullet will be stopped, but the electricity will still continue forward and destroying the earth. . . In excitement, I take one of the coins in my jacket, from the change I got in the tavern and hold it in my right dominant hand. I channel my lightning chakra in it in great amounts, concentrating into the coin until the lightning is visible, and is rabidly running up and down my arm. . . I then aim at the nearest target, a boulder mid-range from my location. Railgun! , I flick the coin with my thumb all of a sudden backfiring and leading me to be blown backwards by the what seemed like an unbalanced in my chakra. Dang! , I hit the ground with force hurting my lower back. . This technique is harder than it looks! I steadily get up off the ground and take another coin out of my jacket pocket and insert it into my right hand while again aiming at the boulder at mid distance. I then position it between my pointing finger and my thumb concentrating my chakra in rapid waves into the coin. I then with launch the coin in a combination of anger and passion at the boulder by flicking it. Ugh, not again. My chakra was off pace, as the coin was projected by my chakra it altered trajectory and almost completely missed the boulder hitting a nearby tree. Leaving a singeing black mark on it , as it showed signs of breaking in half and falling over.

Fully frustrated, I could feel my Uchiha blood start to boil. My pride was hurt, in two tries with what I thought was a perfect execution of the Railgun technique had not been perfect at all. I pulled out one of my last coins in seething anger, and at the same time activating my Sharingan (1 Tomoe). My crimson eyes began to fixate and fully analyze the path of the coin to take as I concentrate my lightning chakra into the coin. Precisely pumping my chakra in potent amounts, but at the same time not overpowering it so that it would backfire. I then poise my thumb into flicking position and fire the coin with great force, heading to the boulder as straight as an arrow and finally hitting it. Shattering the boulder into many pieces..

Railgun pierces through any A-rank and lower earth tech, BUT the "bullet" won't be stopped and no, the lightning won't leave it either. When the tech hits an S-rank or higher earth tech, THEN the bullet will be stopped and the lightning will "explode". In case of an S-rank tech, it will be destroyed. Also for Railgun you don't have to use sharingan, it's not too different from throwing a kunai.

Now let's progress slowly. There's a short list of weapons and objects what you can use for railgun. Tell me how would you use them in battle, from what range, from which direction, from which angle, where would you aim, what would you use before/after it. List some possible weapons that wasn't listed.

Note: anything that gets destroyed by lightning doesn't count as it will be simply destroyed (for example little rocks)

The projectiles that can be use with things like shuriken . senbon and coins. i would the coins from Mid distance from a staight angle and the shuriken and senbone from a different angles from long range give these to are built to travel along a straight path.

I do this for you to fully understand the technique and make it fun learning. Also seeing how you made mistakes in your first execution it is pretty clear you don't perfectly get it. You could have do this too... (remember how I had questions in pms?) U_U

Anyway then I'll tell you everything you have to know...

You can shoot practically anything that is smaller than a short sword and doesn't get destroyed by lightning. To shoot you have 2 ways. First toss the object in the air and launch it only by the lightning stored in it. The second is from launching directly from your hand, either by imitating a normal throwing motion or tossing it like the previous way, just toward your target. There's no difference in speed or accuracy so it really doesn't matter. Every object contains a high amount of extremely compressed lightning chakra (obviously A-rank) what gives it destructive power and speed. Once you shoot the object, it travels in a straight line and pierces through anything that is in the way. Being it an object or living organism (RP rules apply of course). As it's a lightning tech, it can easily pierce A-rank earth techs and when hit an S-rank earth tech, the lightning in it explodes and destroys it. However even being very fast, the opponent still can react to it. Pretty much this is what you have to know.

Now grab a kunai and protect yourself... U_U

As the golem extends its hand out toward me, I concentrate my ration chakra into it in high amounts. I then toss the kunai quickly into the air and throw it in a very straight line into the golems hand. As the kunai is then stopped, but the electricity goes forth in the golem to destroy it.

Now I do have a question? : Once the technique has pierced an A-Earth tech, does it keep going?

it is. A-rank lightning > A-rank earth

As I said before, the lightning explodes and not "goes forth"... -.-" also since you tossed the coin in the air, you don't throw it, but launch it from there. that's different in speed.
