I mean, as of now, I am assuming that the Fourth Raikage is dead, so technically speaking he couldn't.
If he is alive, then I could actually see him forgiving him, as long as Sasuke ended the war or something of equal value. Considering Bee wasn't really captured, the only thing he could be pissed about was that he had to cut off part of his arm, which he has shown to be taking well.

I hate main branch.
They should stamp a "failure" seal on Hiashi's forehead for being an ass, failing to protect his brother and his nephew; he let Neji die; someone who he should protect no matter what. If my bro/sis did the same thing; i woul make him/her doomed in his/her entire life.
Side branch ftw; those f**kers must revolt for the spirit of Neji unless they do not remove the motherf**ing seals.
