Naruto trained very hard too. He can't help it he is faster in learning things then Lee, or has more power...

Naruto trained like a crazy mothef*cker... With Iruka first, with Kakashi, with Jiraiya. The 'will to never give up' is what everyone is saying about him, Naruto!

I am talking about training as an aspect in life...like non stop; like making it a part of your life.
He is working just before instant power-ups; like learning a tech like rasen-shruken; it is completely different from what he does; but for example gain with Lee; no powerups at the result of some chapters like Naruto's; i am talking about working for every bit of power inch by inch here.
I am not saying "Naruto is an offical lazy bum"; i am saying he does not work hard as much as Lee; and that is not a wrong thing; they are both characters which represents different things; Naruto is not have to be a Mary Sue who has the highest level of every positive aspect.

While I am okay with the prophecy thing, I would prefer it if Naruto was doing all of this just because it was the right thing to do.

But I am assuming there is going to be a payoff like he meets the Sage of 6 Paths, if that happens I am cool with it.
