Few people here are saying that Naruto is acting like some kind of Jesus now, well, that is not true. It's Jiraiya who entrusted everything in Naruto. This because Naruto is strong enough, not like Nagato.

Btw, Naruto never acts like he thinks he is some kind of God now. He keeps cool and calm. He is not screaming 'I am the child of Prophecy ya know!'...

I must agree with these people, Naruto has a god complex and trys to go about doing things alone in the name of breaking the curse of hatred, while Kishi has made it so that Naruto will never die until these things are accomplished.

I discussed this in another thread. Naruto simply wants to fulfill a role his dad and jiraiya died believing in. If he decides to say "screw it" then he is quite the jackass.

The same way if Sasuke decides that everything is perfect and daisies and decides to walk back to Konoha after all this, he looks like an ass. They're just fulfilling roles they feel they need to fulfill to give their lives meaning.
