I think you're exaggerating, I think they all do a decent job, Kakashi is really well done in the dub imo

The only good voice actor for ENG Dub naruto is Jiraiya's=Kenpachi voice actor and Nagatos=Broly

Most English dubs are quite good. Naruto's just straight trash. Any anime's dub > Naruto.
