Why do people keep bringing up the Russain Teen committing suicide? Russia has the 3rd highest suicidal rate if I'm not mistaken and Russia is a hard place to live in.....it wasn't only because Itachi died.

My dad told me a story of when he was driving; cops get paid more through the amount of arrests they make and tickets they give. So one day my dad passed a light that was the color blue instead of green for some odd reason and was pulled over. The cop asked what color the light was and he said blue. The cop then said the light was green and claimed my dad was drunk or using drugs and arrested him.

Russia has a horrible horrible economy. My dad mails money to his family there and they never get it because people who distribute mail open it first and steal the money.


I'm not going to get into how powerful the Russian mob is over there.....let's just say people suspect they were the reason Putin keeps getting re-elected.

My grandfather came to America once, his 1 plated meal from a mexican restaurant was the size of his breakfast, lunch, and dinner combined.

Cops get more money for the amount of arrests they do...and Russia is not America, they'll get away with things a lot more. The cop changed the color of the light so my dad would say the wrong color.
