This is an interview Kishi gave in July 2012, for the RTN special DVD that was given on the premiere day. The chapters in july have shown the resurrection of Orochimaru, the release of Edo Tensei, etc(I think you got it).
Q: How will the manga develop from now?
Kishi: About the future development of the manga, yes?… Hereafter the Great Shinobi War will reach its final phase and yet more astonishing characters will appear, like this character after that character. It'll gain momentum, I think.
...Damn it, I don't care anymore, I'm gonna tell too many things (=spoilers), ok?
Yes, a faceoff between Naruto and Sasuke is waiting as well.
First of all '1beep!' come(/comes) back and because '2beep!',
'3beep!' resurge(/s) from '4beep!'. And then the bijus gather together and '5beep' to '6beep(/win)!'.
This way there are many dramas(=dramatic events) planned for (/toward) the end and as '7beep' of '8beep' are going to fall like '9beep', your eyes will be glued (to the manga), I reckon.
Towards the end both the manga and the anime will get exciting, and as I'm writing the manga (the original), I'll make it exciting even if it costs me my life. I guarantee it will be thrilling, so please, get thrilled with it. Please, wait for that, I wont let u down. I'll try my best. Whatever comes I will do my best.

2. he got to know everything he needed/was convinced by Hashirama
3,4. Orochimaru from Kabuto OR the Hokages from the Zetsu clones stored in Sasuke.
5,6. it is about the revival of the Ten Tails.
7,8,9. Is this about some certain characters? The bijuus? The fodder army? xD
Another thing kishi stated in the interview:
Question: The legendary shinobi is now immortal! Does Uchiha Madara have any weak point?
Kishi: All strong people have some kind of weak point, but Madara does not. How will the fight from here on out go!? Please stay excited and wait to find out!!
4th’s secret and bloodline will be shown.
2 huge characters of Konoha will die.
There will be death on Tobi v. Naruto team and one of them becomes unable to fight.
Jinchuuriki of the 8 tailed will be revealed. This Jinchuuriki kills one of the Akatsuki’s members and invades Konoha by him/herself. During this fight one dies, and one will lose his/her eyesight (this statement is controversial for me.
2 huge characters: Neji and...........Tsunade?
4th secret and bloodline: Senju? what secret? His parents? Check my theory
Unable to fight: Obitos side.
The last one is weird. Is it possible for the Eight Tails to have two jinchuurikis? Like Kurama(possibly Minato and Naruto). It should be that guy/girl vs a Sharingan user. Sasuke, Kakashi and Obito are the only ones left alive. Sasuke cant lose his sight anymore. Obito has Senju DNA. Kakashi... well... nothing.
