Elizabello II is limited to a single "super" punch, there is no way he could hit dozens of competitors, with that in mind.

It'd probably just shatter the ground in his immediate vicinity, causing him to fall into the water and get attacked.
Not to mention if such an omnidirectional attack were plausible, there'd be no way for Dagama to avoid it too.​

thats a fair point , however i think the platform they stand on is on solid rock and it would simple crack like when whitebeard punched akainu using his devil fruit powers

dagama might manipulate a blind spot in the shockwave (if there is one e.g. immediately behind elizebello II or in the air
