Kakashi gained Kamui through transplant.
Danzo gained Kotoamatsukami through transplant.
A crow gained Kotoamatsukami through transplant.
Obito gained the Rinnegan's power through transplant.
Nagato gained the Rinnegan's power through transplant.

Sasuke can as well. At least, that's what I think.
