I know some of you are going to keep praising about Naruto being above Sasuke, but what if Kishi didn't give Sasuke a power-up? What i mean is that Sasuke is already strong in his own right. Naruto has definitely become a force to be reckoned in this arc, but Sasuke might just get the same thing that Naruto obtained to endure all these fights. What i mean of course is "chakra." Naruto is a chakra station in this arc, because of his current friendship with Kurama. Now Kurama just lends Naruto chakra when he needs it. Kishimoto can also make Sasuke endure chakra exhaustion from his reserves. I don't know why people keep bringing Sasuke's stamina problems. Does it make a difference? I mean Itachi is one of the strongest shinobi with the lowest chakra reserves out there. Does it determine his strength? No.
Another reason why Kishimoto might not give Sasuke a power-up is because he has all the necessary power to give Naruto a good match. I'm not implying he's above Naruto, but i'm saying is Sasuke doesn't need a lot of power to fight Naruto in close equal terms. We saw some of Sasuke's potential in his fight against Zetsu. We also saw Sasuke not wear out from using Susanoo and Amaterasu against Kabuto. Kishimoto exaggerated the chakra levels of all these ninjas on this particular arc, so i'm not worried about Sasuke's chakra reserves. I mean with the highly cost of all of his ninjutsu, he always spams to his heart's content. Look how impressive he was at the Kage Summit, despite his chakra levels. He was still able to fend off against multiple opponents at once. Now we have EMS Sasuke, which is a league above MS Sasuke.
In this arc, Naruto has become extremely powerful with his major improvement on KCM and BM, while Sasuke has been in the backseat waiting for Naruto to become stronger. Sasuke might just go easy on Naruto at the start of their match, but as soon as he starts getting pummeled by Naruto. I believe that's when Sasuke will reveal the hidden potential of his EMS. Sasuke might get a different Susanoo than Madara or possibly an exact replica. Also it begs the question if Itachi gave Sasuke, "the yata mirror or the totsuka sword." I believe the Yata Mirror should suffice i don't see why Sasuke needs the sword, when genjutsu is really not his thing at all.
Do you think Kishi is holding Sasuke's powers to reveal them against Naruto?
