Nice avatar man. o.o

The technique would be performed by using one's chakra to manipulate the victim's sense of sight. The sense of sight would be first manipulated in a way that makes the victim see the user create what looks to be a regular clone. Continuing to manipulate the victim's sense of sight, the user would make the clone appear to run at the victim, and upon nearing a close range, jump up and explode into hundreds of cherry blossom pedals. The victim would see the cherry blossom pedals whirl around in the air for a time, which would make it more difficult to perceive what is actually happening. The exploding of the clone into pedals would also induce a bit of a 'wtf' factor, in which they'd be pretty confused as to what just happened.

I think that this jutsu's main use is simply as a brief distraction, as the opponent should be forced to focus on the clone, if only for a moment. That said, I think a viable strategy with this jutsu is to combo it with another jutsu that would strike from behind the victim as they are forced to focus the clone that is charging directly at them. Specifically, using it with earth jutsu that cause spikes to rise from the ground could be quite effective.

In my opinion, the main limiting factor on this jutsu is that it can be dealt with extremely easy. All someone has to do to realize that it's a genjutsu is throw a kunai at the clone as it runs. The kunai would pass through the clone without the slightest bit of resistance, and thus the victim would realize it's just a genjutsu and ignore it.

I would counter it in the same way that I described above. Using a simple offensive measure to discover the clone's intangibility would reveal that it is just a genjutsu, and could basically be ignored from that point on. Another way to counter it is to simply use a jutsu to blast through the clone under the pretense that I thought it was a real clone. The clone would be unable to do anything about it, and it would continue on to the user.

Perfect, nicely described and a smart combination. However, if someone throws a kunai towards the clone then it would be god modding since he doesn't know that it's a genjutsu at all. The genjutsu doesn't require any handseals so to let your opponent think that it's a real clone, you in this case should make the ''+'' handseal to let your opponent think that you are really performing a shadow clone jutsu and I guess that your opponent wouldn't be that smart to throw a kunai/shuriken or whatsoever to know that their in a genjutsu, useful against opponents without Doujutsu. This can be a one move pwn against many if you perform it mid ranged from your opponent since he'll be focusing on the clone, and distracted by it only so whilst the clone is running, you perform the B-Ranked earth technique to kill your opponent from behind.

To perform this technique, one would wave their sword back and forth, naturally drawing the target's attention. With the target focusing on this back and forth motion, the user would manipulate their sense of sight in a way that causes the target to see the user growing several extra arms, which will in turn wave around in a similar manner to the sword. As stated in the jutsu description, the user will look reminiscent to a willow tree in the target's eyes upon doing this.

In battle, the obvious way to use this is with a quick, simple kenjutsu attack. A swift slash to the neck, for example, would prove sufficient. However, I think a more powerful way to use this is to attack the opponent with ninjutsu such as a chidori or rasengan upon distracting them with the waving arms.

The main limitation is obviously the range. Often times, battles don't even end up going into close range, although they should. Upon getting into short range, the problem is that the shock factor would like just provoke an agressive response from the opponent. I mean, if I were in a sword fight with someone and they suddenly sprouted hundreds of arms, I wouldn't just stand around wondering what happened; I'd either attack or disengage.

As stated above, reacting to the growing of arms as if it really did happen would be an appropriate response. Given that this genjutsu is just for shock factor, reacting with a powerful offense or a disengagement would be a perfectly appropriate counter to the jutsu.

Perfect, nice explanation.

( Genjutsu: Ingemame Ketsugō Sakkaku ) - Illusion Technique String Bean Binding Illusion
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.

To perform this technique, one would use their chakra to affect the victim's sense of sight and touch. The sense of sight would be manipulate to see several bean vines growing from the ground, which will then move toward the limbs of the target, binding them. The sense of touch is manipulated so that the victim will feel as if they are being bound by the vines at the same time as they see them binding them. The user then manipulates the victim's sense of sight and touch to make them feel as if they are being lifted into the air by the fines. Finally, the user continues to manipulate the sense of sight of the victim, causing it to appear as if a bean pod is blooming from the ground in front of them as they are suspended in the air. The victim's sense of sight is then manipulated to see the bean pod open, revealing an image of the user. In reality, the user moves towards the victim in preparation to deal a fatal blow.

To me, the most effective way to use this technique is just after using a straight forward "blasting" technique, such as (Katon: Zukokku) - Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work. After shooting the fire ball, the user would be able to make the target feel as if they are being bound by bean stalks, which could make it very difficult for the target to break the genjutsu in time to respond to the fire ball headed directly at them.

This technique doesn't really have all that many limitations. The biggest limitation is that it takes four hand seals to use, although the jutsu description doesn't state this. In addition to this, it's only a mid-range jutsu, but that's not really that big of a deal.

The way that I would choose to counter this is by using logic to deduce that there is no way that most ninja could be controlling plant life in this way, unless it is a wood bio type, and then using one of the standard methods to release myself from the genjutsu. An alternative counter is to simply use a pulse technique under the pretense of trying to destroy the vines binding your body, and thus freeing yourself from the genjutsu.

Perfect, another note is that one simply cannot disappear in the middle of nowhere even if she/he makes handseals, which also is something that you could describe in your description when you respond to your opponent's move once he uses this technique against you. Keep in mind that these days it's very important in the RP to explain how you find it odd, suspicious or whatsoever to get out the genjutsu.

Alright, now these;

( Magen: Hanarasui ) - Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40 due to stress on the mind
Description: The user will trap the target within an illusion where the opponent appears to be trapped in a large flower bud which then explodes. The opponent is made to believe that an explosion actually occurred and collapses, believing himself to be injured. The resulting stress on his mind causes damage.

( Magen: Jubaku Satsu ) - Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes five handseals, and appears to dissolve into a mist. Once they stealthily approach the target and get within short-range, the opponent feels completely immobilized, and believes they have been bound by a fast-growing tree and are unable to move. The user then appears as if they emerge from the tree to attack the target. In reality, the target is immobilized, allowing the user to strike or interrogate them.

(Magen: Hanarasui ) - Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death
To perform this technique, one would use their chakra to manipulate the victim's sense of sight so that they see and feel a flow budding around them, encasing their body in itself. The user then manipulates the senses of sight, sound, and touch to make it seem as if the bud explodes, causing the victim to feel as if he is being gravely injured. This causes a great amount of stress on the mind of the victim, causing mental damage.

The way that I would combo this technique is by using it in conjunction with a powerful spike jutsu to attack the enemy from the as they attempt to evade the technique. This would create a fast paced attack that would be harder to avoid as they are dealing with the genjutsu.

As far as I'm aware, this technique doesn't really have any limitations, though I could be wrong.

This genjutsu can be noticed because once again, it's unreasonable for all but a wood user to be manipulating plant life in such a way. However, noticing that it is a genjutsu isn't necessary. One could just say that they are using a chakra pulse jutsu to blast the bud away from them, and thus release themselves from the genjutsu.

(Magen: Jubaku Satsu ) - Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death
To perform this technique, one would perform the five necessary hand seals and then manipulate the opponent's sense of sight to make them see the user fading away into a mist. The user then approaches the target and manipulates their sense of sight and touch to make it seem as if a tree emerges from beneath the target, causing them to feel immobilized. As a result of this feeling, the target's true body is also immobilized.

An effective way to use this jutsu would be in a surprise attack. For example, the user could emerge from the ground behind the opponent through the usage of the hiding like a mole technique and then cause the victim to feel as if they are being bound by a tree. This could also be effectively done by sneaking up on the opponent while the hidden mist technique is active. This would make it harder to recognize that it's a genjutsu, as the victim wouldn't see the hand seals being made, nor would they know exactly who performed the technique.

The limitations of the technique are the range and the hand seals required. These are two bad limitations to have in combination because it can often be hard to pull off performing that many hand seals off in a close range battle without being interrupted by the opponent. Unless it's the first move of a turn, of course.

The counter is, like most techniques similar to this, is that the victim may recognize that it's a genjutsu because it is impossible for a vast majority of enemies to manipulate wood in such away. Once again, one could use a chakra pulse technique under the pretense of trying to blast the wood away, and thus free themselves from the genjutsu.

Perfect, the first technique can be a strong technique if you want to finish your opponent in a rapid rate as you described, the moment he's stuck within' it, try to search for a technique that doesn't require any handseals and appear from underneath/behind unnoticeable for your opponent.

( Genjutsu: Oshitsubusu Hebi Kubire ) - Illusion Technique: Crushing Snake Constriction

(Genjutsu: Oshitsubusu Hebi Kubire) - Illusion Technique: Crushing Snake Constriction
To perform this, one would manipulate the target's sense of sight so that they see several snakes erupt from the ground around them. Using their chakra, the user would make it appear as if these snakes shoot upward, wrapping around the target, and squeezing him tightly, crushing the opponent in their embrace. Whilst doing this, the user would obviously naturally manipulate the target's sense of touch so they feel as if they are being wrapped up and crushed by the snakes they see.

Ideal combos are fast combos. Anything that requires few hand seals that can be used right after the opponent sees the snakes would be good. For example, simple stone spikes could make for a very lethal combo with this jutsu. Alternatively, this could be a very powerful tool in any sort of close range combat due to the lack of hand seals.

The only limitation I see is that it doesn't go to a long range. Real no downsides to this jutsu.

I would counter this by using chidori nagashi under the guise of wishing to electrocute the snakes to escape from them, though this would in reality just free me from the genjutsu. I've used this in battle before, and it's a very effective counter.

To perform this, one would first get into short range of their targets, and then manipulate their sense of sight so that they see illusionary purple flowers coming from the ground in front of them. The user would then manipulate their sense of touch to feel as if these purple flowers move at them, damaging them. The user is additionally capable of manipulating the target so they feel paralyzed, thus becoming quite immobile.

As it doesn't require hand seals, I think this would be best used with a straight forward closerange technique such as Rasengan or chidori. Once a short range is reached, one could use this to either distract the target or paralyze the target, both of which would increase the likely hood of the chidori/rasengan reaching the target.

The main limitation of this technique is that it's just a short-ranged one. As there are no hand seals or other restrictions, that's about it, though.

Once again, using a pulse type technique in order to destroy the flowers as they appear would be a good bet, as this would free me from the genjutsu. If chidori nagashi was used, it would also stun the caster, as they would be in short-range as well.

D'aww, thanks!

To perform this, one would make a hand seal, and then reach and grab a number of explosive tags. At this point, the user would manipulate the victim's sense of sight so that they believe that the explosive tags are actually many butterflies flying through the air, while in reality many explosive tags are in route to them. While the opponent sees these butterflies fluttering through the air, the user also manipulates their sense of sight and touch so they feel as if the ground is sinking below them, as if it's a smaller version of swamp of the underworld. While the opponent is immobilized due to believing they are trapped underground, the user rushes them and places one final explosive tag on their forward, before getting out of range to detonate all of the tags at once, invariably killing the victim.

Given that this is a fairly complex jutsu in that it has several steps within it, I'd say that it's actually a pretty tricky jutsu to use in a combo. However, I think it has potential to be used in conjunction with Hidden Mist Jutsu, assuming you have some sensory technique active to know their location. It'd be interesting. The opponent would see butterflies flying around them, and suddenly they'd find themselves sunk into the earth all the while having no idea what the **** is going on. Then BAM. That mofo just got exploded.

The fact that a hand seal is necessary is a bit of a limitor, I suppose, but that's not too bad. The main limiter is that the jutsu description states that you need to place a tag on their forehead, which seems pretty lame to me. Also, it doesn't extend to a long-range.

This is actually a somewhat tricky technique to counter, in my opinion. I suppose the simplest way would be to use a pulse jutsu under the pretense of wishing to destroy the earth you think you are sinking in order to escape, thus freeing yourself from the genjutsu, but you'd have to be careful with what jutsu you chose if you went this route. If it's the wrong type, you might end up detonating the tags that are already around you. So yeah, I would just use a select few pulse jutsu that wouldn't detonate the tags.

I actually have a question about this one. Is it actually necessary to run over to the opponent to place the final explosive tag on their forehead? Would it be possible to just cut that part out and detonate the ones you originally threw?

Not sure about that one, but I think you actually can, gotta ask Liliana about that one since I'm not a genjutsu master. Nonetheless, nice explanation, once again, didn't except any less from you. Anyway, this would be a perfect combination when your opponent get's trapped in this genjutsu, and starts sinking underground, as he/she does, you should cause a water technique to erupt from underneath your opponent, since he'll most likely use Nagashi to get himself out, so when he/she does, he will simply kill him/herself with the Nagashi, or any other lightning technique. ^O^

Whoops! My bad on forgetting about this. It completely slipped my mind. @_@

Temple of Nirvana:
To perform this, one would make a single hand seal and project their chakra to all who they wish to affect and begin manipulating their senses. This technique is actually more complex than previous ones because you're manipulating more than just their basic five senses, but are also now taking control of their mental state. This should be done by using your chakra to impress upon them the sensation of severe drowsiness, overriding their more logical senses to make them fall asleep on the spot if they don't notice and break the genjutsu. While the sense of tiredness is being forced upon the victims, the user also manipulates their sense of sight so they see feathers.

An interesting little trick I came up for this jutsu is to add to the deception part of it. The fact is, everyone knows that there's no reason to get tired during battle, so they can recognize that it's a genjutsu that way. However, if you do a bit of trickery to make your opponent think that you're dead, making them tired once they believe the battle has already been won is much more believable. Granted, random tiredness is kinda awkward in almost any situation. <.<

Well, the main limitation is that it's for some reason short range. I really have no idea why it's short, as it covered an entire stadium in the manga. Other than that, the obviousness of the genjutsu is annoyingly limiting.

The simple counter is to realize how silly and random it is to randomly get tired on the battlefield, and to use that as a reason to do something to break the genjutsu. Given that this bind you in no way, you could just use a kunai to cut your leg or something so you don't have to spend a jutsu.

Bringer-of-Darkness Technique:
To perform this, one would make a single hand seal and then manipulate the victim's sense of sight exclusively, causing all of their sight to go black, as if they're eyes are trapped shut no matter what they do, leaving them in blindness. The user can use this on as many people as they like, so long as the targets are within range.

I think that using this with silent attacks such as a simple shuriken toss would be most effective. Because this doesn't limit the sense of sound, most standard elemental attacks would be noticed as they approached that way. However, a true ninja attack such as a kunai or a shuriken toss would be silent, thus leaving the opponent unaware until it's too late.

The main limitation for me is that pesky hand seal. If the opponent sees you making a hand seal and then the lights go off, then it's pretty obvious that you had something to do with it, thus giving them an easy reason to break the genjutsu.

To counter, simply allow your bio to use logic. There are practically no real reasons for the world to go dark to this extent besides the genjutsu. Unless of course someone invented blindness no jutsu... But with the way things are escalating in our rp, that's probably a possibility. But yeah, using logic to know that infinite darkness is impossible and then breaking it via pain or pulse jutsu is the simplest method of breaking it.
