BTW if Itachi can use Susano'o etc etc i find it really hard , if not 5th Gate Lee and a Shikamaru plan take him down.

I think K11 stand a decent chance. Itachi is still a great threat though, especially with those chakra reserves. I can see it go either way, but numbers, potencial and teamwork make me say K11 high-diff.

How does the location favor him? Taking out Neji and Hinata doesn't assure his victory, don't know what made you think that.

There is still BM Choji, Lee and his Gates, Ino and Shikamaru's moves can also lead to Itachi's defeat if used in conjuction with the other K11's attacks.

Neji and Hinata can see if he uses clones. But if Itachi kills them, the others won't know where is he.
This is a forest, Itachi can hide, and he can use his clones to distract them.

Distract them from what? You do know the hiding aspect of the forest goes both ways so I fail to see how its in his favor.
