releasing the kyuubi[Dont Read if Not Seen The New Movie]

In the Road to Ninja movie, Naruto agreed with the Kyuubi to release him from the seal to fight Menma, once the seal was undone, the Kyuubi came out with its full body. Now im a bit confused that when Naruto released the Kyuubi from the seal in the manga - 4th great war - why did the Kyuubi not come out in it's full body like in the movie but rather in a chakra form. Please explain to me =D

The movie is non-canon, anything that happens in the movie should be disregarded when it comes to the real story line

it was done in sacred place that lets the person fight in an imaginary world ... he didn't release it in the real world.
Also , in the movie, Minato was alive meaning the 9-tails could have been sealed COMPLETELY inside Naruto... where in the anime Minato sealed half of it...im just tryig my best to answer ur question ... hope this helps

well if the movie was canon, then here is what happened

naruto let kurama out, instead of in bijuu mode where naruto opens the gate to let him access kuramas full chakra.

so simply bm is like 100% chakra mode while road to ninja is near full realease of the seal.

but movie is non canon
