I doubt it. I mean, I guess he could use it, but Kirin would probably be ineffectual, because, I mean, the Juubi literally flicked away a TBB which I think is stronger than Kirin.

Also, if Sasuke single handedly beat the Juubi with Kirin that would put him on a level similar to that of the SO6P which is like, extremely OP. It's just unrealistic.
