I lift two times every week. I haven't been able to lift pass my body weight though... :(

I think it has to do with body size though, I'm skinny and I'm not fat so I don't think I can turn a lot of my fat into muscle....

Zero. I have a fast metabolism, on top of that I have natural muscular built. A lot of people think I workout but nah Lol. Having said that, I'm probably not equally as healthy as on the inside as I appear to be on the outside. :(

Nah, bro. You juist need to work out a bit more. I'm 133 lbs and I can lift a max of 270.

And I lift about 5 times a week.

Well two times a week isn't really going to cut it. If you want to develop/increase your weight you can lift you need to try 3-5 times a week with really lows reps. Example would be for bench press 5 sets of 3-5. That will increase your strength tremendously overtime. And if you want to develop muscle start eating healthier. Increase your protein intake to match your weight. Ex. If you weight 130 lbs. eat 130 grams of protein. Fat isn't something you can just turn into muscle, trust me I have tried.

And I lift around 5-6 times a week. I work on a two days on, one day off and then three days on and then another off. And I just repeat that.

Also use as a reference to many things.

I don't lift but I try to do 20 to 40 pushups a day.
I'm not really muscular just toned.

EDIT: I do push ups and sit ups every night. That's my daily exercise. I looks sexy with my six pack. Although when I don't do sit ups for a while, I start to lose the 6-Pack. It always comes back though.

Does anybody know how to even out your weak arm with your strong arm?

Every weekday. I do muscle failure or run in the mornings then go lift in the afternoons to get out of work.

Oh..... I meant like metal weights man... But if masturbating counted then that would be about.... 9 times a week. That isn't very much.
