This thread will mainly focus on Sasori and why I believe he wins this fight.

Kakashi Hatake is the team leader of team 7, originally consisting of Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke. He is one of Konoha’s elite Jonin ninja, having served in ANBU and having mastered many jutsus. Kakashi's father was the famed Sakumo Hatake, also known as the White Fang of Konoha. Kakashi is also known as Copy Ninja Kakashi and Sharigan Kakashi because of his left eye is a Sharigan eye. With the powerful abilities of the Sharingan, Kakashi is said to have copied over one thousand jutsus.

Sasori is a missing-nin from the Hidden Village in the Sand who joined Akatsuki. He is also known as Sasori of the Red Sand and one of his symbols is a red scorpion (‘Sasori’ can also mean scorpion). Poison:
All of Sasori's puppets use poison coated weapons, so even a single scratch can be lethal. Sasori's posions are fast acting and paralyze the opponent immediately. If the victim does not receive an antidote in three days, he will die.
How Sasori can use his poison against Kakashi:
If Kakashi gets a single scratch it's over and considering that every last one of Sasori's weapons including Iron Sand are soaked in poison, I don't see Kakashi winning.
Hiruko:
Hiruko is Sasori's favorite human puppet, so much so that he often resides inside it and uses it as armor. Hiruko is often mistaken for Sasori's true form. Hiruko's most distinct feature is its scorpion-like mechanical tail.
How Sasori can use this puppet against Kakashi:
Hiruko is equiped with many mechanics like needle shooters which can be used to try and give Kakashi a deadly scratch. Kakashi's only way of destroying this puppet is to hit it with Raikiri or Kamui, however, Kakashi Kamuing it is unlikely. That isn't his fighting style. Since he didn't use Kamui against someone like Kakuzu, I don't see why would he use it against Sasori's Hiruko puppet. (unless you think that Hiruko > Kakuzu...)
Third Kazekage:
Sasori's most powerful puppet. Sasori did the unthinkable by murdering Sand's third kazekage, who was claimed to be the strongest shinobi in Suna, twenty years ago and turning his body into his own puppet. This puppet's most deadly feature is its ability to use the third kazekage's Iron Sand ability.

How Sasori can use this puppet against Kakashi:
Besides Iron Sand, this puppet has many other deadly weapons stored in it like poison, kunai, saw blade, etc. Sasori could use this puppet to possibly catch Kakashi off guard like binding him with the puppet's wires and then either releasing a poisonous cloud on him or shooting several kunais at him. There is also the third kazekage's Iron Sand which is extremely deadly.
Iron Sand:
One of the Third Kazekage's most feared abilities was a technique where he mould grains of iron into any form by manipulating magnetic fields with chakra. Having turned the Kazekage into a human puppet, Sasori can use this deadly ability at will.
How Sasori can use this ability against Kakashi:
With this Sasori can create any weapon he likes. His Iron Sand attacks have showed the speed to break throught the sound wall, making his attacks hard to dodge. Sasori can also use this abillity to fly and get out of range of many Kakashi's Ninjutsu or he can simply block / counter them with Iron Sand.

Sasori has gained a sort of immortality by turning his own body into a puppet. It's most dangerous features are its flamethrowing ability using fire scrolls and a coiled harpoon Sasori stores in his hollowed out abdomen. The only human remenant is Sasori's heart, it is stored in a special vessel to allow him to not only use chakra in a puppet body, but also created hundreds of chakra threads simultaneously.

Thanks to his puppet body, Sasori completely outclasses Kakashi in the stamina department. Kakashi's Genjutsu won't work on him as well due to the fact that Sasori has no brain, but only a heart.
Flamethrowers:
Sasori's puppet body has a flamethrower capability built directly into both of his arms. The jets of hot flame are produced by a fire scroll stored on his back. The flames showed the abillity to melt rocks and kunai.
How Sasori can use this against Kakashi:
These flamethrowers can melt kunai and rocks, meaning that they could easily melt human flesh. Sasori can use this in sync with the Kazekage's wires, multiple hands or even in sync with the Iron Sand. If Sasori uses Satetsu Kaihou (I doubt Kakashi even has a counter for Kaihou) it will minimize Kakashi's movement space and Sasori can use that to his advantage by either spiking up the Iron Sand or shooting the flames at Kakashi.
How Sasori can use this against Kakashi:

Red Secret Technique - Performance of a Hundred Puppets:
Secret Red Technique: Hundred Manipulation is Sasori's trump card move. He is able to summon one hundred of his human puppets and control each one independently using chakra threads created from his human heart. Each puppet was made from the body of an enemy Sasori defeated in the past.
How Sasori can use this ability against Kakashi:
Even if Kakashi manages to get past Third Kazekage by some miracle, this will be his end. Kakashi simply doesn't have enough chakra to Kamui all the puppets or destroy them with Raikiri. If he tries to Kamui the real Sasori, Kakashi would left himself open to attacks from all angles.

Suiton Affinity:
With his Sharingan, Kakashi was able to copy some Suiton Jutsu such as Suiton: Suikodan and Suiton: Suiryudan. Althought he isn't as skillfull as someone like Kisame Hoshigaki, Kakashi has decent Suiton Jutsu.
How Kakashi can use this affinity against Sasori:
This affinity can't do much against Sasori, however, it can do things like stoping some kunai or maybe it could even destroy a puppet.
Doton Affinity:
Like with his Suiton affinity, Kakashi isn't the most skillfull shinobi when it comes to Doton Jutsu, but he is decent.

How Kakashi could use this affinity against Sasori:
Since he can create a wall with his Doton, Kakashi could probably block some minor Iron Sand attacks or it could even block the attacks of various puppets.
Raikiri / Raiton Affinity:
'Lightning Edge' is a powered-up version of Kakashi's original Chidori technique. Although Raikiri produces a more densely packed mass of chakra, it also requires more skill and concentration to control. Kakashi also has a variation of the Raikiri jutsu where the lightning chakra takes the form of an attacking dog and allows Kakashi to strike his opponent from afar.
How Kakashi could use this affinity against Sasori:
This will be the most useful affinity against Sasori because it has the power to break some of his puppets. Raikiri can also be used as a long-ranged attack.
Dog Summonings:
Kakashi can summon a pack of eight ninja dogs to come to his aid. Their primary purpose is for tracking targets using their scent. In combat, the ninja dogs have been used to bite into an opponent to keep him immobile while Kakashi prepares for a more powerful attack.
How Kakashi could use this summons against Sasori:
Kakashi could use these dogs to possibly make some of the puppets immobile, however, these dogs can't really harm Sasori.
Sharingan:
The Sharigan is Kakashi's trump card. It grants him enhanced perception, the ability to perform high level illusionary techniques as well as copy an opponents jutsu and/or hand seals perfectly. Kakashi gained his Sharigan from his dying teammate, Obito Uchiha.
How Kakashi could use this Dojutsu against Sasori:
With this, Kakashi could probably locate where Sasori's real body is with his Sharingan and maybe even predict the Iron Sand's attacks.
Genjustu:
Althought Kakashi isn't a expert in Genjutsu like Itachi Uchiha, he has showed the ability to use it well. However, this ninja art doesn't mean anything in this battle since Sasori lacks a brain and only has a heart, meaning that Genjutsu doesn't work on him.

Kamui:
Kakashi's Kamui has the ability to warp space itself by creating dimensional rifts that can sever limbs or even suck in a huge explosion. However, using this ability is extremely tiring and requires Kakashi to rest extensively after.
How Kakashi could use this against Sasori:
This will be the most effective jutsu against Sasori. With this, Kakashi could warp away some of Sasori's puppets or Iron Sand or even Sasori himself.

Why Sasori wins this battle:
Countering Suiton:
Like I said, this wouldn't do much damage to Sasori since basically he can tank it with his Iron Sand or evade it.
Countering Doton:
This wouldn't do any good against Sasori as well since his Doton would be used only for defensive means. Sasori's puppets / Iron Sand could easily bypass Kakashi's Doton wall and attack Kakashi himself. Heck, if needed Sasori's Iron Sand could break throught the Doton wall.
Countering Raikiri / Raiton Affinity:
The fact that iron conducts electricity means that Sasori is able to use it in the same way the lightning receiving mechanism which safely get rid of an immense amount of electricity by charging it back into the earth to be dispersed. Basically this means any projectiles the raikage shoots at the Sasori could be easily diverted into iron rod mechanisms which just transmit it safely back to earth. His Iron Sand could act as a potential shield if needed as well.
Countering Dog Summons:
There isn't much to counter here since Sasori could easily kill them with Iron Sand which has the speed to break the sound wall.
Countering Kamui:
Like I said, this is Kakashi's best chance at winning, however Kakashi needs to focus on his target and that won't be possible with Iron Sand or 100 puppets swarming him from all angles, and Kakashi doesn't have the time nor stamina to simply Kamui all the puppets and Iron Sand. Even if he tries to warp Sasori, Kakashi needs to focus on his heart and like I said that won't be a possibility with Sasori's puppets or Iron Sand attacking.
Speed / Stamina / Intellect:
In the stamina department, Sasori completely crushes Kakashi however Kakashi can match Sasori's speed and intellect to some degree. Kakashi will be able to evade some of Sasori's attacks, but sooner or later he will get scratched. As for intelligence, Sasori wins in this department as well. Kakashi is smart, but he isn't a genious. Sasori is the only person in the Shinobi World that is able to create Human Puppets, and he even turned himself into one. Also Sasori far surpassed what a normal puppeter could do seeing as how he is was able to control 100 puppets at the same time while a normal puppeter could control only 10.
Conclusion:
Kakashi is a great shinobi, but he will get eventually scratched or hit by the Iron Sand or Sasori's puppets, and we all know what happens when Sasori lands a strike. Especially since Kakashi has no counter for Kaihou really.
