If sasuke were to return to the leaf i think the Leaf would have a place for him. Sasuke would fit perfectly with the ANBU. They have no leader and plus big bro was ANBU too. Any Thoughts?

I think Sasuke will become a rogue ninja who protects Konohagakure from the outside (similar to Itachi) while Naruto (who is aware of Sasuke's endeavors) will become Hokage and protect it from the inside.

That's what I think is going to happen, assuming he survives. It would add a note of realism to the story that he can never truly go back because of his past crimes and instead follows his brothers path.
