Yes. During the summit I used Creatiion Of All Things jutsu and revived the Senju blood. All Senju clan bio's have access to mokuton now. You don't have to use it, but it's there if you choose to.

*Mugen arrives back to Mount Ryo and ascends the stairs leading towards the Sanctuary of Bushido. Meanwhile Mugen's Warhawk flies up to Lord Tsuchikage and delivers a message saying that he can now warp the Scroll of Dreams from the Safe Deposit Box and tells him of where exactly Mugen is, just incase he is needed*
