Therefore most op characters come from there.

Trollkage is funny and is A Boss xD, Mu & the 2nd Mizukage are also bosses, plus the third Raikage xD.

Tsunade and Hiruzen are fodders. We have never seen Tobirama fight but hopefully he lives up to his hype.

Muu, Trollkage, Sandaime Raikage, Onoki, A, Gaara, Sandaime Kazekage, Yondaime Kazekage> Tsunade and Hiruzen. Mei could also beat Hiruzen.
