Because before he died, He was a complete Fodder, Even after he got his sharingan he was most likely still weaker than part 1 sasuke. Then a couple of years Later he could contend with a Damn Kage, Now he's got katon on madara's level, enough stamina to out last both 9 and 8tails Jins.

The change in obito in such a short time is insane. Kishi took it a little to far i think.

Actually, most of you are wrong. It's the other way around. BM Naruto is actually quite a bit slower than KCM. In fact, with his full shroud, Naruto is considerably slower as he charges TBBs. This and yes, Obito has extremely fast reflexes, which is why he is able to react to any and every attack and use his S/T Jutsu or Kamui on himself, to phase through it. I thought all this was obvious.

Obito's reflexes are of the charts when he isnt underestimation any1 or playing with enemy.
Obito was able to track/dodge/and counter sumultaneous attack from naruto gai and kakashi. 2 of which were from blind spot. Remember how he beat some 30-40 anbus, none of them landed a hit when obito was attacking. Obito was fairly a noob with MS and even overall.
His kamui speed also impressive.

Well, I wouldn't say this was necessarily Kishi hyping up Obito by giving him all of those abilities, but Kishi hyping up Hashirama giving Obito the ability to outlast the Jins and use his Sharingan easily.

Speed is a plot device. If they want it to be a factor they showcase it. If not they don't. Look how quick Lee was in part 1 and now he is average fodder ninja speed without gates.

The sharingan can predict movement maybe not teleportation but regular movement, so if Narutos going as fast as A than its not completely unreasonable to think obito can keep up and predict his movements....sound plausible? Thoughts?

naruto's speed isn't always the same flashy,it's only like that when he uses the bodyflicker,not to mention that he lost lot of chakra and hasn't recovered all of it,that means his speed is no longer the same as it was against A.
