After examining this jutsu closely, I've noticed that there aren't many practical uses for it. You can essentially do the same with numerous wind jutsu. Either way, I want you to ask me questions about each sound jutsu to better expand both our knowledge of the release.

so... 315mph..... in terms of traveling from mid to short, is matter of less then a second?

cuz i always thought. short range is 0-5 meters then 5-10 is mid range and 10-15meters for long range.

Well, that's difficult to answer. AT this point, there is no clear answer to exactly what that means. I just understand that it is extremely fast, though being at C-rank I'd assume that it isn't fast enough to super stream kunais/shuriken to the point that they pass through solid objects. As I told you before, this jutsu will likely be reworked and reworded to make it more suitable for the RP.

Description: The user enhancing their hearing by utilizing chakra and enfusing their sound waves from their mouth. With their breathing sound waves emerge and bounce off of objects having them know wherever everything is around them.

Now, this is pretty useful. You channel Ototon chakra to your mouth and ears and breathe out sound waves and they bounce off everything, allowing you to know the location of anything through echolocation actually. One issue with this jutsu however is the fact that it may or may not be passive, lasting more than one turn. It's treated as passive currently and that would mean a constant small drain of chakra each turn, but you gain continued sensing of targets. What seems to be the biggest advantages and disadvantages of using this? Be creative and really think. ^^

THe advantages i would seem that it can sense everything around them like a sensor, but limited to where they are. It needs to bounds off of something so if they are merged somewhere you wouldn't know. If it's like an open field ~__~ there is nothing to bounce off of so no information is fed back. Also the further it has to travel to bounce off something it would take a longer time to get that information so there is lag with it.

Wouldn't you not be able to use like jutsu's coming from the mouth even if this is passive?

Yes, but you are forgetting a key element with sound: the speed. This would likely be a low frequency sound wave, thus moving faster than higher frequencies and bouncing off object faster. Though, you would be correct, if there is an empty field, there would be nothing for the waves to bounce off of except the earth and the target.

And that's subjective. One could indeed say that would be plausible, while another might argue that the sound waves are still created in conjunction to the jutsus. Sound needs revamping and this will likely be addressed.

It essentially amplifies all sound the user hears and as such, large explosions and sound would harm the user's ears at a greater scale than an enemy. You could deactivate it if it's passive but it's always something to be weary about.

I never thought that it has to be heard. Sound chakra would do the trick wouldn't it? like feel where they are? it's sonar and even in sound you can feel some pressure but since it's chakra based as it's coming from you. Do you really have to hear it through the ear?

Then if we can amplify our hearing through the use of chakra, why can't we make it so that we don't hear some things amplified? For example our own techniques. We are able to use sound jutsu's with different frequencies. How can we not be able to use different frequencies so that we can be immune to so much hearing???

It's like saying we can manipulate the earth when using swamp of the underworld, but then can't make it so big as we want it.

Well, we should be able to, but Mugi has patented that with his Advanced Inner Sonar Skill, the upgraded version of this xD

Fairly simple, you charge chakra into your hands and smash them together, creating a high frequency wave that vibrates at frequencies high enough to disperse incoming jutsus. Very straightforward and fast, though not really useful. (Who really uses C-ranks and below in fights? lol)

You are telling me right now, this jutsu is for that purpose only? AS fast as this jutsu can go and blow of this jutsu won't even hurt the opponent when used as an attacking jutus???

This one is actually one that can be altered. Notice how the technique makes an opponent his limb unusable if being hit. Let's assume they are low frequency waves, because the technique lasts an entire turn (which is a lot of time in our RP, if you can't use a certain limb). I'd say, you could easily higher the frequency/amplitude to instead of simply making the limb unusable, you could actually gravely harm it.

The way it's worded if you hit somewhere vital it could kill lol. Though I understand how this works, basically a tai/sound combo, almost like my wind CFS that i submited a while ago. This is quite usful i think but if i say hit someone in the heart, within the current rp rules can i say he is dead?

If you create waves of low enough frequencies, you can cause the lungs to stop breathing through the intense vibrations, in turn, stop his heartbeat so yes, you could, in theory. Though, with this being a B-ranked jutsu, it's unlikely to kill, though you could indeed make him faint.
