*Mugen continues to travel towards the Tsuchikage, whistling as he goes along the trail. Mugen now has a renewed sense of purpose as he continues on his way, not stopping at any moment. He realizes that the Scroll that he holds is of great importance to the Shinobi and that he was honor bounded to get it to the Tsuchikage safely. Shortly afterward he would take his leave and train with his Father's Master, Legendary GrandMaster Gokens. Mugen's blood was pumping with the force of youth as he made his way towards the safety deposit box designated by the Tsuchikage for the mission. Mugen makes certain that he had not been followed and then carefully deposits the true Scroll of Dreams deep within the safe and then closes the secret hidden chamber and leaves a decoy out in the regular chamber of the safe, as he was instructed to. Once he has finished his mission, he promptly sends a letter directly to the Tsuchikage via Eagle, telling him that the dreams of mankind are nestled safely in the nest. Having completed his mission, Mugen burns the only instructions of how to open the Sealed Safe*

Mugen: *smiles as he walks away from the Sealed Safe* Mission complete.... Now to head back towards Mount Ryu!! *Mugen dashes back towards Mount Ryu to train with Grandmaster Gokens*

The starting level for all ninja is Chunin. I read your post so I edited your elements. If you are Uchiha fire is automatically one of your elements as all Uchiha have it. you need to choose one other elelment. otherwise
