Name: Inchato Yuki
Nick Name: Champion of the Frozen Waste
Gender: Male
Clan: Yuki
Looks: Inchato doesn't look as most shinobi do. A man without scars, a shinobi is not what most who see him typically think of him as on first impression. With a slim, muscular build, Inchato stands nearly two meters tall. His pale skin is indicative to the amount of time he spends in the polar regions of the world, and his medium length black hair and black eyes seem to fit this as well.

Rather than the attire that is typical of most shinobi, Inchato prefers to wear a long black jacket, which he keeps unbuttoned. Beneath the jacket, he is most often seen wearing a tight fit black shirt. Over this black shirt, he wears a harness holds two medium length daggers. The dagger's holsters positioning is adjustable, but they typically are found on his sides, just below his ribs with the handles pointing forward, though he sometimes adjusts these to become hidden to others. When necessary, Inchato carries a white anbu mask with a purple mark across the right eye.

Earlier in his life, Inchato always held a cool, passive expression. More recently however, he focused on gaining a complete control over his expression and his emotional appearance. Ultimately, he succeeded to a massive degree. The passive mask that used to hide all of his emotions turned into the mask of a masterful actor.

Personality: With Inchato's mastery over his own expression and emotional appearance, it can be immensely difficult for people who do not know him well to discern his true personality and emotions. However, if one takes the time to study the motives behind his acting, it isn't too difficult to learn that Inchato has an extreme loyalty to Konoha and his friends. And this is true. Inchato holds his adopted city with the up most regard, and is willing to do anything to preserve it.

Inchato allows pure logic to rule his decision making. He understands that, although it is sometimes easier to allow emotions to rule one's mind, it is ultimately better for himself, the village, and those around him if he allows logic to rule him. This logic at times translates into insolence. He doesn't do well at taking orders, which makes him somewhat difficult for others to work with. Indeed, he tends to go as far as to deceive and manipulate his allies as well as his enemies if he thinks it will provide the greatest benefit.

At heart, Inchato is a lighthearted fellow. He enjoys spending time with his friends, and does try to deal with others as kindly as he can, when possible. To his friends and allies, he always tries to give a word of advice, or to prod them into the right direction, though he is often bemused by the sheer recklessness of some of his allies.

History: In the past, a terrible war ravaged the Land of Water. This war involved clans of shinobi who used special abilities known as kekkei genkai. When the war finally ended, the clans that participated were persecuted and hunted down for the destruction and terror that their abilities had afflicted upon the land. One of these clans was the Yuki Clan. The Yuki were a clan of shinobi capable of creating and manipulating ice through combining water and wind nature chakra. The Yuki clan was especially persecuted, and all members of the clan were hunted down over the years since the war.

A surviving member of the clan was a man who lived in a small village. His name was Darte. Darte lived quietly his life, never knowing of his heritage. His life was a simple one, working for his living, and eventually finding a wife. Several months after his marriage, a group of strange men arrived in the village. The men were asking questions about members of the infamous clan, and a man who fit Darte's description. It seemed that after the long years of his quiet life, someone, somewhere, revealed the location of surviving members of the Yuki Clan. Darte was fearful of the strange men, and planned to leave the village and the country with his wife. Before he was able to reach home after hearing this news, he was butchered in the streets. Horrified by the murder of her husband, Darte's wife fled the village in the following days. Luckily for her, it seemed that the men weren't interested in her life. Little did they know, she was with child.

She took a ship to the Land of Fire, where she eventually gave birth to her child. She had a son, who she named Inchato. Fearing that the child was unsafe, and still within grasp of his father's murderers, she sought refuge in the Land of Fire's shinobi village, Konohagakure. Both she and the son were accepted into the village after a brief background check. Despite the security of living within a shinobi village, Inchato's mother was unable to put her fear for Inchato's life to rest. She enlisted him in the Konohagakure Ninja Academy, hoping that becoming a shinobi would allow him to better defend himself against those who would seek to kill him for who he was.

And so, Inchato grew up in a normal way inside Konohagakure. Inchato showed superior progress in his studies in the ninja academy, but his physical skills were mediocre at best. He progressed through the ranks fairly quickly, but yet.. Something was missing. Inchato wasn't sure what, but he knew he was nowhere near his full potential. Life in the village had become stagnant and uneventful for him. And so, he decided he would travel. He wasn't sure why, but he decided north was a good direction to go.

Inchato continued travelling north, until the weather became quite cold and snowy. He couldn't place his finger on it, but for some reason, he felt this climate suited him. He sought out a place to settle down for a bit, seeking only to relax and enjoy his surroundings. He came to a small village in the snow covered country side, and was shocked to find shinobi there. The shinobi there were unlike any he had seen before. They used their chakra to manipulate the ice around them according to their will. When Inchato asked about how they did this, they explained that they were refugees of the Land of Water, and that this was their bloodline limit. Knowing that it would likely be impossible for him to do it. To the astonishment of the shinobi, and himself, Inchato not only controlled the ice, but did so with extreme skill.

Inchato stayed with his new found kinsmen for a time, learning and honing his newly discovered kekkei genkai. His abilities with ice were easily able to surpass those of his teachers, though this is partially due to the superior chakra control basics he had learned within Konohagakure. In addition to the basic styles of ice manipulation, Inchato was taught a unique way of using ice in addition to Kenjutsu known as Glacier Style. The man who taught him this technique went by the name of Tauburn, and explained to Inchato that this fighting style was exclusive to those he deemed as worthy. Inspired by the brilliance of Glacier Style, Inchato began devloping his own unique fighting style. Inchato thought back to his time in Konohagakure and recalled the Hyuuga clan's unique gentle fist techniques. Inspired by this, Inchato developed a way to project his ice chakra into his opponents through physical, lowering the areas he touched a great deal and causing frostbite. He dubbed this fighting style Frostbite Fist.

After learning everything he could from his clansmen, Inchato regrettably had to leave. He wished to finish his journey northward and then return to his village. Inchato found in the snow covered wastelands that there were actually several villages and towns. After spending time at several of the villages, Inchato discovered that they were miserable places. The land was being ruled over by a group of rogue ninja, which was formerly a sort of wandering village. The rogue ninja ruled over the land with an iron fist. Anyone who stood up to them or refused to supply them with whatever it was they demanded was brutally and publicly murdered.

He continued travelling through the villages, learning survival skills as he went when one of the rogue ninja demanded he gave up all of his money. When Inchato refused, the rogue ninja laughed sneeringly at him. Before long, several other rogue ninja gather around. Knowing what was going to happen, Inchato turned as if to leave. As he did so, several of the ninja jumped at his back. Before they were able to even half the distance between them, several giant spikes of ice erupted from the ground under them, impaling all of them before they had time to react. The local villagers were at first shocked and frightened when they saw this foreigner brutally and effortlessly kill those who had so cruelly ruled over them for so long.

After the shock subsided, the village celebrated joyously, thinking that their hardships were over. Inchato, having travel the country, knew better. The fact of the matter was, the village he was in was not only low in numbers of the rogue ninja, but also seemed to have weaker shinobi occupying it. Knowing this, Inchato asked the villagers to aid him in waging war against those who had and would continue to rule over them. A few of the villagers accepted, and Inchato, knowing that they only had a short while to prepare before the rogue ninja retaliated, taught them basic combat and prepared a defense for the village.

After several days, a company of the rogues traveled to the village, and see it was now fortified, immediately turned tail and left. After several more days, a far large host of ninja travelled to the now fairly fortified village. From what Inchato could gather, most of the members of the wandering village were there, including their leader. This was far worse than he had imagined. He had assumed that, in their arrogance, they would send but a small host of ninja, but he found that he had been very mistaken.

The rogue ninja preceded to put the village under siege. At first, the villagers held up fairly well, but as time passed, their morale began to drop. After three days of siege, the rogue ninja were able to break through. Inchato stood and fought them as they came, killing many with his honed skill in the use of hyouton. When the brunt of the opposing force finally broke through, Inchato was already thoroughly exhausted. Despite this, however, he continued fighting. As his reaction slowed more and more, he saw several of the villagers whom he had grown to become friends with falling to the greedy, villainous rogue shinobi. Enraged, Inchato instinctively slammed his hands on the ground, releasing a massive burst of chakra whilst doing so.

Upon doing so, an uncountable number of large, beautiful pine trees made of solid ice erupted from the ground in and around the village. The pine trees erupted under the enemy exclusively, killing all of them before they truly had any time to react. After performing this technique, Inchato passed out, and the trees sunk back into the ground. The villagers took Inchato inside and for the next three days, he slept. When he finally awoke, he was greeted as a hero and a champion. They held a festival in his honor, for he had finally rid the land of the oppressive monsters which had ruined their lively hood for so long. During the festivities, the title "Champion of the Frozen Wastes," was given to him. He was pleased by the name and gladly accepted it.

After staying in the village for a time, Inchato decided to leave, much to the dismay of the occupants of the village. After saying his farewells, Inchato journeyed back to the Hidden Leaf Village. As he traveled back, he realized that he had not only answered all of the questions he had set out to answer, but also answered and achieved far more than that. Upon arriving back at the village, he was shocked to learn that it had been years since he had left. Upon his return, he found that his comrades had also been very busy. Inchato found that he was comparatively weak compared to those who he had grown up with, and vowed to continue growing his strength in order to try and catch up with them. Upon his arrival, Inchato decided to participate in a tournament the village was holding. It had been a while since he had battle against worthy shinobi, and he hoped this would give him a chance to do so. Inchato advanced through the tournament with relative ease, battling and besting his fellow villagers Akisha, Gutsy, Vayne, and Cookie. To reward him for winning the tournament and the prowess he displayed, he was granted a Cursed Mark, which was placed on the left side of the back of his neck.

The village life had spiced up since he had left on his journey. There were several new faces, though some old ones were missing. In the months following his return, one of the village's higher ups, Zanji, publicly left Konoha, claiming he was going to join Iwagakure. That same day, several other members of Konohagakure also left the village, namely Typhon, Yusuke, Zero, Loki, Broly, and Teno. After several weeks, things seemed to be calming down when the leaders of the village decided to assault Iwagakure, under the pretense of hunting down Zanji. Upon arrival, it was revealed that Zanji was a traitor and went too war. Inchato participated in one of the initial assaults, but was defeated by a shinobi named Vasto Lorde. This defeat strengthened Inchato's resolve to get stronger.

Suddenly, in the events of the war, all of Konoha's leadership vanished without a trace. Konohagakure made peace and retreated, seeking to sort out its leadership problems. In the midst of the ensuing chaos within the village, Inchato reunited with his old and trusted friend, Gin. Gin and Inch sought to end the chaos and turmoil within Konoha, and moved to take part in the election. Shortly after this happened, Inchato and Gin met a man named McRazor. Inchato and Gin thought that McRazor wished the same things they did for Konohagakure, so they gave their support to him for the next Hokage.

McRazor did become the next Hokage, and over the next several weeks, he worked to put the village into order. He placed Gin as First Officer, while Inchato was appointed to become a general of the village. Inchato was quite shocked by this turn of events, but was pleased and prepared to help the village in any way he could with his new position. And so, Inchato found himself stuck at a desk in the Hokage mansion, mostly working with paperwork and assigning missions to the villagers.
