he sends great amounts of wind chakra via the fan in the direction of the fighting samurai causing them to fly into the pagoda, he then whispers the nimbus clouds above to begin shooting purple lighting down in sanro causing the entire village to panic! ( he then see's koto with the scroll flying in the direction of konoha.)*
