Zabuza wins. Pakura is deadly, however, with the mist, her not having a Sharingan to predict Zabuza movements will cause her to lose the match. 3 tomoe Kakashi could barely keep up so there's no way in hell Pakura can, especially with Zabuza's Water Clone feints.

- Zabuza. I know Tayuya has sound genjutsu so she can counter the mist; however, Zabuza is pretty skilled in genjutsu so him being a skilled jounin can probably break out of it. Not only that, but Zabuza's large scale Suitons can counter Tayuya's summons and he outmatches her greatly in CQC, speed, strength, stamina, and hand seals.

Kidomaru can't be killed with silent killing because of his "Armor of Sticky Gold". All he has to do is wait for zabuza to attempt silent killing and when his sword fails to pierce it, he simply uses spider bind. And finishing with a Spider War Bow: Terrible Split.
