Nice explanation. I totally forgot the compatibility thing and after hearing some replies i think you're right. He infact had it, so it's more plausible that he was fatigued as you said. Now there is something that bothers me, which concerns the technique(s) he had with his MS. Did he have Susanoo? The fact that EMS Madara has a Susanoo with 2faces(the 2faces representing those of his brother's and his own Susanoo) makes me believe he probably had it, but what do you think about it?

Well, it was originally thought that a double-faced Susano'o remarked an Uchiha yielding another's ocular abilities—the douryoku from Izuna's Mangekyō Sharingan obviously influences or supplements Madara's Susano'o—but aside from chakra consumption, we only 'know' it to exist within the Final Susano'o.[

Meaning that Madara could have possessed a double-faced Susano'o before obtaining the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan; leaving way for the prospect of Izuna's Mangekyō Sharingan possessing "unknown" powers. Which, in my view seems to be a case, as Madara's contentment has revolved around the structures of the Rin'negan, and not the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan. Masashi, seems to be leaving the exploration of the Eternal largely to Sasuke.
