This all comes from knowledge Tobirama had on the Uchihas.Back then,non Uchiha had never held sharingan,it's only natural that Tobirama's knowledge about that matter comes from a limited sample.
Can you anatomically,biologically or neurologically back up a claim about this connection?
The eye was surgically separated from Obito's brain and from his optical neuron and connected to Kakashi's.How can the eye still be receiving anything from Obito's brain??It was separated from Obito's chakra system too.
As we've seen in genjutsu,a shinobi can extend his chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system and affect their five senses.This requires very good chakra control,something that Obito didn't had back then,but Kakashi had (developed raikiri,could easily get Rin out of the genjutsu on the cave). That can easily explain how Obito was seeing images through kakashi's eye.
How can Obito,in any way convey chakra to Kakashi's brain/eye??They were far away,they didn't have any contact,visual or physical and Kakashi's eye didn't have anything to connect it into Obito's brain.
Kakashi also fainted after the incident.If it was Obito's chakra that upgraded his eye,Kakashi's wouldn't have to spent any chakra on it,meaning that he wouldn't pass out from chakra exhaustion.

This is how some chakra works. Mostly yin, it does share information. Examples are, shadow clones, CM, rinnegan vision also chakra via rods, and now obito case.

kakahsi can learn to control his sharingan and he did, he just cant deactivate it...
other uchiha also have problems with sharingan...
kakashi might have been able to use 2 raikiri as well as a child and would prob faint afterwards...though who knows...

No the examples you mentioned are all created from the same person,meaning the same brain,so the knowledge they acquire,or shared vision returns to the creator.In this case you have two eyes and two brain,separated from each other.And we are talking about knowledge or sensory stimuli,not chakra straight delivered to another brain.

What Sasuke has to do with that?Kakashi was able to use raikiri to take out 19 shadow clones and he was fine,I don't think one raikiri to Rin's heart and a base sharingan activation would exhaust him to the level that he fainted.I am just saying that even when he was old Kakashi needed too much chakra to activate MS.If it was Obito's chakra that activated the eye,Kakashi wouldn't spent any chakra on that so he wouldn't faint.

i do not agree with you....i agree with the fact that obito and kakashi got MS due to the situation they were in.....but since the eyes originally belong to obito... without him ....kakashi would have not gotten the MS.... obito had to literally be there to see it with both eyes looking at it to be able to get MS ....so if obito saw rin die(without kakashi being there to see it as well) he would not have gotten MS either.

now the panel that you are showing is one of my favs but i think you are overthinking the room here.....from what i interpret the panels are not together they are separated meaning that ...yes kakashi and obito are side by side but kishi drew them in different panels......the whole page you showed is just kishi drawing the sharingan into MS but he uses both kakashi and obito to show it for example he goes from the kakashi to the obito showing the progression of the eye ... the best way to think of it is to put all the panels in order in one column instead of two, and you'll see the progression. from 2 tomoe to MS.
