We're talking about Madara with his Edo feats but alive. Naruto can give chakra to Kakashi if he wants to

Depends on their mindset/state of mind. An IC Kakashi isn't using Kamui right off the bat, and when he eventually feels the need to use that Jutsu, Madara may've already swapped himself with a Moku Bunshin. Evidently, Kakashi will have major difficulties fighting off multiple Susano'o wielding clones, so Naruto'll have to provide him with assistance via Kage Bunshin of his own. The latter is also at risk of having the Kyūbi's chakra stripped from him since Madara's Mokuton binding was able to block the Hachibi's chakra - his ability to suppress a Bijū's chakra was said to be on the same level as Hashirama's. And of course, Perfect Susano'o will cause Naruto's team problems, particularly if used in conjunction with Mokuryū or the like (where Naruto will have to sacrifice his Kurama avatar in order to escape the Dragon, leaving him susceptible to Perfect Susano'o's blades).

Kakashi could steal a win if he's decisive enough with his Kamui, but on the whole, i'm seeing Madara win more times than not.

You know, it's hard to say.

Edo Madara is definitely top2 all time atm ( with Hashi ) but Kakashi with Kyuubi chakra kamui'd the whole hachibi so theoretically he should be able to kamui Susanoo.

Not only that, Naruto can give him as much chakra as he wants to. He emopowered dozens of shinobi. He can give Kakashi all that chakra and his kamui will reach colossal heights.

An IC Kakashi isn't using Kamui right off the bat

It's Uchiha Madara. Pretty sure that if he can end it quick, he will.

It's not in Kakashi's make up to resort to the MS immediately, as he hasn't done so in any of his major fights. The OP hasn't distinguished between bloodlusted and IC. Kakashi uses Kamui when he feels he's run out of options.

Naruto and Kakashi take it, I believe. But it also depends on whether Madara is not toying with them.

If he sees their pair as a threat and takes them seriously, he might win.
But if he starts toying with them, as he usually does, then he'll be kamuied sooner or later.

That's why I say Madara takes it if he is serious about the fight, underestimating Kakashi would be the end of him.

Madara wins.having senju and Uchiha dna grants you the highest chakra reserves in the series.Basically he can make 20 Wood Clones all using PS or his complete Susanoo like he did to the Kages.

Obito is a perfect example of a Senju/Uchiha dna wielder using Jutsu's that would normally take up chakra without any effort at all.

Madara having the juubi as a summon will help i'm wondering if he can cover it with perfect susuanoo like he did the nine tails would be cool wood dragon absorbs chakra then i don't see naruto staying in bijuu mode that long.

I believe Madara takes this. Rinnegan would prove to be quite troublesome for Naruto to overcome as far his custom and perfunctory Rasangan attacks are concerned. Wood dragon can suppress Kurama's chakra in BM mode. Kakashi can mostly only stall the inevitable. Susano'o is far too large to be Kamuid by Kakashi. Can he do so with Kurama's Chakra? It seems a speculatory point to me.

Madara can even employ Katon attacks to counter Kakashi's Kamui. Also, the more chakra Naruto distributes, the more damage he receives, he would run out of the said time limit quickly. PS can be used in conjunction with wood dragon as well. This will triple Naruto's troubles, as not only will Madara sap his Biju chakra, but he will have to deal with the devastating slashes as well that will most definitely take out Kurama's tails. Any additional chakra supply to replenish the shroud's tails would result in further time reduction.

Another method to counter Kamui is through Mokuton clones as well. Honestly speaking, I believe even EMS Madara has a clear shot here. Rinnegan, Mokuton, and EMS would prove to be a colossal peak for these two to climb. As PS alone puts both of them at such a huge disadvantage. Madara can even put Kakashi under genjutsu and proceed to take him out. This method can be used for Naruto as well, who contrary to the popular belief, is not a perfect Jinchurki yet, according to his loyal bit ... I mean, buddy, Kurama.

The lag in recovery is easily exploited to use a few slashes to take out the shroud's tails. I dare say, low difference. At EMS level, I would still give it to Madara at mid difference, given his Susano'o feats and Katon attacks.
